I received cd for Lucky Pyramid and $250 ND bonus. I made the playthrough of 60x which was $15000. In matter of fact I had it up to $83000. I even saved a screen shot. I emailed support with instructions about what I needed to do for a withdrawal. They told me that all i had to do was to request the $1500 Max payout using overnight express. They also said it would take 4 to 7 business days. I waited the amount of time, (Oh by the way, they said since I didn't use a credit card, I didn't have to send a fax back form), and then went into the casino to check the status. I saw that the $83,000 was removed, so I went into the cashier to check my withdrawal. It showed that the $1500 was denied, but didn't say why, with noone contacting me. I emailed support to find out why and they said that I had multiple accounts. This is too new of a casino to have multiple accounts, and I only signed up because of the CD. I told them that I know for a fact that I couldn't have multiple accounts, and they reponded by giving me a login name for someone name ceelee. I do not know, and have never even thought about using a name like that in my five years. They would not give me anymore information, even though they said that it was a multiple account of mine. They also said that they couldn't revisit the withdrawal request since it was already decided. I haven't been able to get any information since then. I contacted realtime gaming casino disputes and submitted a claim. I will let you know what is going on and if you would like to see the email correspondences, then I will be willing to share them with you if anyone could assist me on this situation. I will keep you posted as to the status and the outcome. I believe from reading on some of the forums there are other people that are having the same problem. One other item, the casino Manager is Oliver Curran, does that ring a bell?

Thanks for listening to me and hope someone will have some useful information.

Hey aj...
I wonder if they said that because you have had similar IP's or something...
I could think that the ceelee they're talking about might be the same person visiting ezboards frequently...?
If you could prove somehow that you're two different persons, that could do the trick, or not since it's Curran's casino :)

They got my boyfriend for $14,000.00 this past December. My boyfriend signed up because I referred him. I told him they have always paid me but then again I always lost way more than I ever won. They said he had multiple accounts too and he did not. They just lock your account and disreguard you. Your just lucky you didn't put any of your own money up he put up $1860.00 not only lost that but all his winnings. Oliver Curran won't do a thing. good luck let us know if anything happens.

Thanks for all the response, and a special thanks to all the infomation and different way I can go to get this resolved. If it would have been under a couple of hundred, I would have probably not pursue this as much, but $1500 is a lot of money, and I know I was in the right.

I will keep everyone updated as to the situation.

Good luck to everyone else who is trying to get their winnings.

Hi Dokken - and welcome to the forum.

Before playing at any casino - at least Google the casino name. If you were to google "Lucky pyramid casino" the fifth listing is the rogue section. That would have saved you some grief.

You need to read this as well:

I know this is a 'dodgy' casino, and I will certainly never deposit there, but I was wondering if anyone else has experience of this postal CD offer...?

I got one in the post with a letter saying get "$250 free comp with no strings attached"
Well, it's nearly the end of the month & I was a bit bored so I thought 'what the hell' and installed the casino.
I redeemed the coupon and bingo - $250 in my account.

Now here's the thing - the Cashier screen says the $250 is withdrawable.
(I have not played a single game yet)
Now there is no wagering requirement at all mentioned anywhere on the letter, and I can't find any mention of it anywhere on the website either.
So what's the catch?

What will happen if I request a withdrawal - anyone know?

PS: Please don't just post that they're rogue (I know that), they'll steal from me if I deposit (I know that), I should know better (I know that). It's just a bit of fun with a freebie - and I'd like to hear from anyone else who's tried it.
Thanks,
KK

Pac Man

No harm in playing a Curran ND bonus, just sit back and enjoy the graphics till it's all gone. Make it last so that he has to pay for the bandwidth, and then inundate the CS with E-mails.

I once played an offer for a free $30 on Aztec Treasure. I knew that some excuse would be found not to pay, and I was right:D
I probably had the last laugh, as I beat him to the "rude reply", and ordered him to lock my account so that, according to his own T & C, I could NEVER play any of his casinos again, and he could stop wasting time by sending me all those offers.

I would not give out my personal information to a dodgy casinos for a bonus offer, from which I am unlikely to see any money.

I decided to do a bit more digging - and eventually managed to find the T&C's!

The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 60 times. Wagers placed on roulette, craps, pai gow poker, baccarat and sic bo do not count towards meeting the wagering requirement with every $1 wagered on blackjack or video poker/multi-hand video poker counting as 50 cents.

So though the cashier says it is withdrawable, it's obviously not.
I guess if you tried to withdraw without meeting WR they would keep the lot.
What sort of casino would pull a dirty trick like that...?

So I may just as well treat it a fun-money play. With those restrictions & RTG slots being very ducks rear endy I only have about 0.4273% chance of meeting WR with a funds left anyway. :eek2:

I'm so glad this is a 'no strings' offer - it would be awful if it did have strings attached... :D

Bonus Monies

I received a CD from Lucky Pyramid, in December 06. They sent the CD a letter that accompanied it, which said that they were "giving me" $500.00, with no strings attached. A few weeks later I received more free coupons that totaled about $400.00. I didn't win anything!
About that same time, I also received CD's from Crystal Palace, High Rollers Lounge, Powerbet, Golden Nile Casino, and Lucky pyramid casino. Their bonuses were a between a free $250.00 - $500.00. Periodically I received mailers with free cash. NEVER WON ANYTHING! I am sorry to admit.....I have made some deposits.

Update!

Update!
I've finished playing this promotion!
Only took me just over 3-months - pretty quick for me! :p
(Well, the WR was $15,000...)

Tell you what - you couldn't make this up!
Started very good, then took a sharp dip when I lost $230 in only $525 worth of wagers on Stud Poker.
But back to slots and a few MEGA wins on Prince of Sherwood took my bank just over $1000 at one point, approximately 1/3 the way through WR.
Then it was a bit 'up & down' with some good, some bad, but made 2/3 WR still with $950 in bank.
The home straight was down-hill all the way - quite literally. Still playing my normal conservative style, the games just dried up and slowly & surely pulled me down. The final insult was a total of 606 spins (between 3 slots) with no features which bust me out with only just over $100 WR to go...

Some would say that was just coincidence, some would no doubt say something else.

I will 100% definitely NOT be going back there.
