Hey There,
I am just wondering if anyone has an alternate contact for Big Dollar Casino, besides the obvious on their website? I am having some real issues regarding a withdrawl I made last Friday. Did anyone take part in the Big Shot loyalty promo? 100 points was equal to $50 of bonus money. The playthrough was ridiculous but for some weird reason I made it and was able to cash out $1500.00. Yes able to cash out but no cash yet! They are now saying this-

Kindly note that all cashins in Big Dollar from the 7th of February are
being audited on
an ongoing basis (even the new cashins) to ensure compliance with the
terms and conditions of recent promotions.

Fine, yes I get it, however, I have also been a regular depositor with this whole group of casinos! Customer service!! yeah right--I have called and used live support and of course no answers.
Anyhow, if anyone could suggest perhaps a managers email I would really appreciate it!
Thank you so much!!

Hey Guys,
Thank you very nuch for your replies, I really appreciate it!
I logged into my Big Dollar account unaware that they had this promotion running, there it was in my loyalty points. Redeem 100 credits for $50.00, Big Shot Promotion. If I received the promo it may have been in the bulk bin and as you know if not checked they disappear into the virtual land of loss. So I would assume I did receive it, otherwise it would not have showed inside my casino program. I really don't think it would be there if I did not qualify for it. I have deposited at Big Dollar casino in the past, and weekly at Casino Grand Bay, which is why this irritates me so much. I have never withdrawn only deposited!!!
Funny enough last night I spoke with live chat and I was told my cashout had been cleared and it would be deposited into my neteller today!!!!!
Please understand my apprehension......because I just received an email saying this......
Last week you took part in Big Dollar Casinos BIG SHOT Promotion which took place between 6am (EST)

on Wednesday, 7 February 2007 and 12pm (EST) on Sunday, 11 February 2007.

We sadly regret to inform you that a major irregularity in the calculation and programming of this promotion

occurred and as a consequence, the promotion and it's results have been flawed. In order not to prejudice any

party the decision has been made to refund all your purchases and put you in no worse position than before

the promotion commenced.

Oh my gosh this is a joke!!!!!! Also, before I cashed out I contacted support to make sure I did reach the playthrough requirements and I did qualify for the withdrawl, obviously I did. Please understand I realize this money will not change my life, however it all helps. I am not a "bonus abuser" and never have been, I deposit regularly with Grand Prive and felt I had a good reputation with them. I am disappointed with the communication and misleading customer service at this group and do feel that their responsibility regarding this is inappropriate and unprofessional.
I just wanted to update and thank you all so much for your feedback.

This place needs to be rogued asap. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SCREWED UP. If they didn't do the math BEFORE starting the promotion, then too @)#$&%@$% bad. They need to grin and bear it, and PAY WINNERS.

Are they going to refund the money of those that LOST during the promotion?

Maybe it is me that is screwed up!!! I don't think so though.....
Anyhow I just logged in and they have given me a $15.00 credit, how generous!
Thanks,

:) I have a small WD pending...100.00.

Just spoke to Big Dollar cs.

They informed me that WDs may now take up to 7 days to process..I used

C2P.

I tend to cut them some slack at this juncture.

At least they haven't turned tail on the U.S. yet.

And I do win there quite a bit.

You'd better switch the WD method....Check out the other threads here....C2P requires you to have $1500+ to withdraw.

If Big Dollar are basically saying that they made an error by giving away too much promotional money (100pts for $50 is very generous, considering it was unlimited) then that is their problem.

Now MG have the ezibonus system, there should NEVER be an issue with denying cashouts from promotions (excluding fraudulent accounts etc)- NEVER EVER EVER - that was the whole idea of the system in the first place - everyone knows where they stand.

Big Dollars' reputation is seriously on the line here and they should stop and think before they start doing to others what they did to Andi.

'NUFF SAID

Thanks Nifty for your input......I appreciate it.
They are not letting me speak to a manager or even supply me with an email address...hmmmmmmmmmm not sure why. :what:
How should I deal with this?
I am sure they think I am a stalker, thats ok labels don't bother me.
Also, support just told me to not let this discourage me against all the Grand Prive because I am a great customer. I almost choked on my tea.......I am seeing a connection between the casinos. I am not really blond!
I also find it very interesting how all my history from last Friday (win day) is gone now. I was sure it stayed in there for a week.
Thanks all!
Hey by the way, I have a $15.00 bonus in my Big Dollar account, I am sure if I play it I might jeopordize my winnings! hahahaha
Thanks

They seem to have refunded the purchases to casino accounts now...at least mine has, which is very strange...
Here's the whole letter they sent:

Puzzled?

I am puzzled about this!
They seem to indicate that too much promotional money was awarded, but I am getting the distinct impression they are rolling back ALL play to the start of the event, including voiding winnings made from play, and not just revoking the excess promotional money. It seems they made a mistake in planning, and want to use it as an excuse to void winnings from players play with their own funds! This could indicate they took one hell of a beating from the cock-up, and are unable to swallow the loss for customer confidence.
As it seems the promotion credited automatically, players were awarded the points anyway.
Those prizes are pretty big, and thus very tempting - especially if they ran a live scoreboard for it. Grand Bay has a forthcoming tournament with similar prizes, and I was intending to participate for the first time.

Perhaps they could be encouraged to reconsider their earlier decision to not have a rep on board here (even though they refuse to admit Big Dollar is officially part of Grand Prive - noone is fooled anymore).

I thought they were separate companies with the same promo&marketing and support departments???

You'd better switch the WD method....Check out the other threads here....C2P requires you to have $1500+ to withdraw.

That's true...can't wd to my bank from C2P(minimum 1500), but can cashout any amount over 50.00 from Casino back to C2P.

Now I need to find a casino that will cash out through direct ACH, accepts U.S. players, and doesn't require the wd to go back to C2P.

I managed to get most of my money out of my casinos via Neteller before they bugged out but I still have about 500.00 in C2P and various MG casinos and Full Tilt Poker..if I lose this money due to a lack of ability to withdraw the funds to my bank oh well. At least I got 90% of my money out before all went to hell.

I don't fault the casinos nearly as much as I do the jackbooted Feds from our govt. I have years of playing at my favorite casinos with no major problems.

This website here has been my guide for which casinos to select or reject. Brian has saved me thousands of dollars with his advice and warnings here.

My daughter called me and told me that Big Dollar voided her 500.00 win because mistakes were made...yada yada...I told her to come here and post her story...She is PO'd.

I have nothing good to say about this situation, BUT the promo offer was all over gambling boards and most players who took advantage of it weren't the people to whom the promotion was targeted by email, me as one...So no wonder they had to pull it off...the way they did it, it TRULY sucks...
But still...it was for "email recipients only"...

Hey ergo,
I do get what you are saying, however as I said earlier.....I logged into my account and found it in my loyalty points, knowing nothing about this promo.. I would just assume if I did not qualify for it that it would not be in the casino. I definitely see your point if these players have never deposited there before.
Thanks,
Casinomeister I will PAB you, sorry I did not know what that was!
Thanks

Which doesn't indicate too much efficiency on the part of the casino - this implies that they are so inefficient as to issue a promo and then have no effective mechanism for cross-checking participants against invitees....surprising, but all too typical despite the advanced administration software available nowadays!

Operators have been warned ad nauseum on the extreme dangers to business that incompetently designed or operated promotions can constitute.

No promo should ever be released to the public without undergoing very careful consideration and double-checking by experienced managers who know what they are doing and have a cautious perspective on the possible consequences to the casino.

Yet these sort of incidents still occur.....

Exactly...IMHO it isn't a players fault if they find loyalty points and redeem them, and assume, that they do qualify as the promo option is available for them...
And I'd think almost every regular depositor qualified for this promotion in the first place- but it just got a bit out of hands after all the fuzz about it at every bonus forum and zillion people redeeming their points over and over...it's just a shame that Big Dollar probably took a huge blow on this one, and can only blame themselves...had it been done properly, it would've probably been one of the best loyalty promos out there...
