Royal Circus and Golden Nile wont pay my withdrawal

Royal Circus and Golden Nile have constantly been giving me wrong information about my wagering requirements.

First I was told to wager 9,000 on Blackjack, which I did. After wagering the required amount their customes service confirmed that I have met my wagering requirement, and that Im eligible to withdraw my winnings and the bonus.

I waited for a week just to see the withdrawal being returned into my casino account. I contacted their customer service and they apoligized for making a mistake with the wagering requirement, which was actually 15,000. Of course I got very annoyed but wagered the required amount. Again their customer service confirmed that I have met my wagering requirement, and that Im eligible to withdraw my winnings and the bonus.

But after waiting for a week ,my cashout was AGAIN returned to my casino account. Contacted them just to hear that my wagering requirement was actually 30,000 and that they were very sorry for making this mistake.

This is where I refuse to play their game. First they confirmed that my wagering requirement is 9,000. Then 15,000. I even got this in writing. I have emails from both casinos confirming that I have met my wagering requirement.

How on earth can I get justice when Montana is gone and Bryan has rouged them? Anybody here with the same problem?

Dumb question from a dumb blonde, but I gotta ask...why in the world did you play at this casino KNOWING it was rogued? I guess they must have purty cheeks since Bryan rouged them? Not nice Bryan! :D (sorry, just had to say it)

This happened in November 2006. First I complained to Montana which collapsed. Then I was asking Bryan how to proceed with this issue, but did not really get an answer. Thats why Im writing now.
 
Yes, this group is very popular for ripping off players and affiliates. They basically take in money, then don't pay anything!

The only PAB I have from you is for a Futurebet site in October which was resolved.

How do you go about choosing casinos to play at? You should have learned a lesson by playing at the Futurebet crap site. Please read and apply the following:

Actually they have not paid me yet. Im still waiting for 500€. Its been 3 months. They say its a backlog of payments. They compensated me 100 dollars after your complaint but did not eventually pay me anything.

I chose Golden Nile, Royal Circus and Rivalbet in October/November. At that time none of these casinos were rouged or even at the warning list. I have been fighting them (with bad results) for 3 months.

By the way: Yesterday I suddenly received a message from Montana?! It said that I have to wager according to the latest info I have received regarding the wagering requirements at Golden Nile and Royal Circus. So from 9,000 to 15,000 to 30,000. Montana says its ok that their customer service just give whatever wagering requirements (which I have in writing) and then change them =)

I appreciate your concern but Cloud has nothing to do with the casino group. It was reportedly sold last year, and supposedly he has nothing more to do with the business.

I'm also killing the link to the Hundredpercent Gaming site since this is Caruso's site, and he was permanently banned from this forum last year.

As you know, I haven't been around for a while.
I wouldn't doubt your word, regarding the supposed sale.
Cloud's a sharp "character" and I wouldn't put it past him spreading rumors that he did sell the site.
If he isn't there ... I'm sure he's somewhere else sticking it to players.
Greed, as you know, just doesn't stop growing.

Hmmmm....Greed ...that reminds me of someone else who has become greedy lately and is keeping peoples money. :rolleyes:
