Avoid all slots and all Jackpots casino's! I have been having the worst problems at these 2 casinos ( same group) redeeming their bonus offers.

These casinos used to be great. I don't know what happened, but all I can say is now they are the worst and most unorganized casinos I have ever played in terms of uneducated customer service representatives and countless excuses that they have technical problems and will fix it this day and then it changes!

All this month and last, the bonuses they offered me were nothing but problems to attempt to redeem.

For example, the first bonus this month, I had to wait close to a week to get. they even had the audacity to deny ever offering me a bonus until I mailed them the screen shot I took of it. Moreover, they said that I made my deposit on American time and it should have been Israeli time is what they meant (give me a break!). I was shocked to hear such excuses to deny me a bonus when they offered it to me and I even sent them the screen captures to prove it. Once again I had to wait a week until they straightened it out and then only gave me partially what I was offered claiming my small $300.00 cash in effected the bonus. Sigh, And now another bonus issue. I was offered 25 free spins 3 days ago to play one of my favorite slot games. I was suppose to get that on Tuesday, January 2, 2007.
I have been calling them for 3 days now to see what the problem is and have spoken to numerous customer service representatives and all say in unison there is a problem and to call later and keep changing the date I will receive the bonus.

These casinos should be rogues for what they do. My husband and I enjoy our bonus offers and expect them to be played timely, considering how much we spend per month in casinos as it is our hobby. I have the screen captures and am willing to send them to casinomeister just to show you how pathetic and deceitful this operation seems to be. The only thing in their favor is that they do pay cashins on time, but that is not enough. They need to give me world class service if they expect me to play in their casino group any longer.

You do make some fair points, however I would tender the following advice:

1. This post belongs in complaints/bonus issues, and

2. It is counterproductive to use a thread topic like ' avoid xxx casino or warning about xxx casino'. Maybe its just me, but as soon as I see a heading like that I get really annoyed - this is the kind of thing you post as a last resort and, in my experience, it makes it less likely that someone in the forums will help you.

Yes, its poor service, but give someone here or the casino rep a chance to make it right before you start telling people they shouldnt play there any more etc

Nothing personal....Im just trying to help you get a solution and providing some friendly advice :)

You did the best you could! Thanks and sorry I did not have the post in it's proper place. I hardly ever come on these sites I am a busy person and I must have over looked where this post was suppose to go. Glad The Casinomeister corrected it.

This type of service sounds pretty bad, and also very out of place for the All Slots / All Jackpots group. I hope things get resolved - you might want to contact eCOGRA for more information or help. I think Tex Reese is the guy to go to.

Thanks so much:)

Sound advice, but Tex is a gal. :D

This is a common problem with CS. They are based in Israel, and to make matters confusing, the Playcheck & Cashcheck times are Israeli time (GMT+2). However, all promotions are given on the website under EST (or EDT). I have experienced this problem with some promotions failing to work when they are still valid under EST, but are invalid with respect to Israeli time. Some of the support staff fall into the trap of assuming the casino promotional calendar operates to Israeli time, and it can be an effort to correct them. It would be worth all players realising this, and for David to ensure all CS agents are aware of this issue, and do not give out this Israeli time issue as an excuse to players as it looks incompetent.

I will be calling you or your casino today and closing both accounts, the alljackpots and allslots. I have been having the bonus problems now for close to 2 months at your casino. I would also like to add that I finally did get the 25 free spins on the Harvey game yesterday. That is a week later (and about 20 calls to your casino) then I was suppose to get it and if that was not upsetting enough, I was shocked to see how the 25 free spins worked.

As most know who play Harveys, the lowest bet is 5.00 dollars a spin. They programmed the free spins at a penny a line meaning the free spins were 25 cents a hand. It was sickening.I even got the 2 champagne bottles for extra free spins but at 25 cents a spin you walk away with nothing. This was not what I expected and will certainly never play there again.

I could not have said that better myself. Thank You Vinyl. I have had enough issues with this casino and am closing my accounts.

Not to make light of your problems clj, but I have and do play Harvey's, and I don't think I've ever played for $5.00 a spin. I know that most do play higher stakes than me (not hard, lol), but the lowest bet is actually 25 lines at 1 cent per line, or 25 cents per spin. I know, because that's usually how I play it, lol. Maybe 50 or 75 cents a spin if I'm feeling lucky. I don't think the casino programmed this specially at one cent per line. That's a denomination that's readily available all the time.

There have also been a few threads here re: the recent free spins promotions offered by MG casinos. Most of them have been max lines at one cent per line, with the exception of Villento, which offered 12 free spins on Avalon (a 20 line slot machine). They programmed it so that it was 8 lines at 20 cents per line.

I spoke to a woman named irit at alljackpots casino and was told they did program the 25 free spins at harveys at 1 cent per line. It is not programmed at 1 cent a line when normally playing. your manually setting it up to play at 1 penny a line. It's always set at 5 dollars a spin. You can change it however you play.5 dollars a spin is not playing big, thats an average bet for the game.

That's all I meant Clj, that the option of one cent per line is always there if you choose to play it that way, which I do, lol. No highroller here.

Hi clj7221,

This is David Brickman here again. I am truly sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with the casino group. As I mentioned before if you send me your casino account numbers I would be more than happy to have a look at your account and see what we can do to make your gaming with us more enjoyable.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

After the Belle Rock fiasco, why even take up a free spin offer that does not specifically state the # of lines and coin size?

I don't see why you are mad at the casino for making the spins only 25 cents, when that information wasn't given ahead of time. You were gambling that they would be generous.

It seems like the new free spins promo feature on MG is popular among players, but some of the casinos are taking advantage by not diclosing the real value of the spins and then making them really worthless. If people wanted to play free spins for no value they would go to fun mode.

I have no doubt that the free spins is a crafty marketing ploy used to make an offer appear far better than it really is. After only a couple of months, spectacular let downs have ruined what was a great innovation as an alternative to the standard deposit bonus and free chip.

Deposit $55 and get 100 spins FREE is a great headline, but when you find out the free spins are 1c & 1 line, and do the maths it is more like "get a 1.8% deposit bonus on your next deposit of $55" - great ploy. How much in deposits would the "old" deposit bonus equivalent have generated compared to the "free spins" wording.
Casinos that are more generous will suffer as this marketing tool is now percieved as a con trick rather than a real alternative to traditional bonuses.
Even 100 spins at 1c and all lines is only $25 to $30 (depending on game), and is less than the perceived standard minimum of $50 for the vast majority of traditional deposit bonus offers.

Why cant your CS handle these things in the first place?

Can I ask a question - what's it like being incredibly rich?

$5 a spin on Harveys? I wish! (One of my most favorite slots!)
Normally I start at 50c, and if I'm feeling really lucky I might occasionally push it up to $1 a spin.

The free spins that I received this weekend were 5 cents per line with 25 lines.... $1.25 per bet. That's the bet size I use most often in real mode, so I am satisfied. This is a pleasant change after Belle Rock and Villento, both of which gave free spins with too small a bet size to be appealing to me.

Thank you very much for all you did. I called and opened up my alljackpots. I appreciate all of your help and will be playing there again often as I have and hope I never have these casino bonus issues again.
Again Thank you so much:)

Rich? LOL thats how I play and is considered the average bet. I have been playing for years at allslots and other casinos and this is how I bet. If it was such a big bet then after all these years playing as such I wonder why I was not invited in the VIP yet. hmmm any comments on that David?

Want to get VIP?

I think you need to deposit & play pretty big (double digit$ bets/spins). the best time would be during one of the scoreboard promotions with $2000+ top prize. The early ones had something of a design error, which enabled me to win quite a few of them. Their CS knew what was happening, but it took a few experiments for them to design a non-exploitable format, one they now seem happy with. Unlike a "rogue", they paid out, but made changes to future competitions. One "exploit" was fixed the first week it was discovered, by banning Blackjack payouts from scoring - stupidly high scores indicated a number of players had worked it out, but one had to be really brave, as it involved betting $250 per hand at Blackjack!!!!!!! (You can bet THEY all got booted upstairs to the VIP lounge after those bets!)

Ongoing Bonus Issues

I do not post much, and I did a very long reply with alot of detail but somehow my post "timed out or something and I lost it" To cut to the chase I always have problems with Jackpot Factory crediting bonuses. I rarely deposit there because of that. They sent me an email offering me 50% on my deposits up to a certain amount and it would be credited on Jan 15th. I probably called 5 times, got 4 different answers and they all said the same thing. "technical issues with microgaming" well Im sorry but I dont have these issues at the other microgaming casinos...so it is a bit hard to swallow. I do not have a problem getting my bonuses credited at other microgaming casinos. I hear such great things in the forums about them but over the years I have never experienced that. Most people have a standard of what is important to them. Fast cashout, being able to contact immediately, etc...Well my standard is bonuses being credited yesterday. Thats my measure of where I deposit. Villento is great. I deposit, send an email thru the casino software and its credited in minutes.
