Another case of Winward/Riverboatcasino

Of what i have read in these forums these casinos have had problems already before. In my case i had tried their 500 dollars initial match bonus, won some money and tried to withdraw later. After not noting that i should have sended my neteller number at first (my mistake) I had trouble getting the number through to their thick service.

When i finally got that part done with them, they "forgot" to send me mail that they still needed utility bill/id also, which is NOT always needed according to their terms&conditions, so i hadn't initially sended it to them, and i only managed to find out of this later, as i had forgotten to send an e-mail to check. At least they do answer to e-mails thru their winward customer service, their RBC postbag still being inexplicably full, like mentioned in other topic here. (they do not want to answer why it is so, just another example of "good" customer support)

Okay, that sended I eventually asked them again what is happening. I found out Finnish accounts had been locked in there mine included with initial deposit returned, alright I can see this possible. But this was not the case when I made the account, and played through the bonus requirements, so what would make it possible to ignore account history before this rule change and not pay back the whole withdrawable sum in the account? Especially with their slow service only made it possible to make the new rules apply.

Now I'm getting the runaround....
Requested a withdrawal a long time ago, but ****, money is back in my account....
I have been put off for 3 weeks now.....
These clowns require "more information" even though I already sent in my driver's license, passport, and bank statements..
They even said it was "ready to go" on Sunday evening...
Accounting department is suppose to contact me this afternoon regarding the issue...it better not be some lame excuse or I'm gonna post it all over here..

Please PAB and I'll have them take a look at this. Thanks!

Hey, I actually started a thread in the non-bonus issues forum today after I was falsely accused of creating multiple accounts on the same IP...I PMed jetset (found his name when I looked up some old, resolved Winward cases) and 45 minutes later my winnings were credited to my Neteller account..it looks like everything is resolved..

Well, I see there hasn't been that much answers on this yet, but I would ask again isn't this roguish acting anyway? It is completely abusing the "we may change the rules clause" which shouldn't work this way as I played through with absolutely legitimate terms and conditions before the change? This is certainly a reason to avoid this casino for everyone.

Evidence

There is enough evidence to advise avoidance of these casinos. Much of it seems to point to really terrible standards of CS, however retrospective rule changes being used to deny winnings on earlier deposits is more in rogue territory. While players seem to be getting paid through contacting Jetset, how many non-casinomeister players are getting jerked around and losing out. Makes me wonder if it is a case of "damn, they know about casinomeister, better pay up or they will keep posting"
I am surprised to see they still do the $500 bonus at all given how the science of "bonus abuse" has moved on in recent times.
Winward only process withdrawals once a WEEK, on Mondays, so if any issues are sorted out this coming week, payment is not likely till next Monday at the earliest. I know of no other casino that only pays out once a week, most pay on at least 4 days of the working week, if not all 5. Some will even process at weekends.
