I have a friend who messaged me today with a significant problem with cool cat since I had my own posted issues with them in another page, he was asking me for help. If you read their frontpage, they had a bonus for 275% with no terms posted except that directly under there is a link that says standard terms apply. The standard terms say 40x wagering is required. He managed to win $2,000ish from what I gathered, wagered his bonus + deposit a bit more than the 40x and was told today that the wagering required is actually 50x despite that it is posted nowhere on their website. He has a screenshot of a chat conversation with two different reps who promised him payment last Friday, and today was advised he still has wagering too complete. Obviously, this seems like another stall tactic from Cool Cat in a long line of bs. tactics.

You have to be careful with any casino that offers these ridiculous bonus amounts. Most bonuses over 200% require a 50x turnover or more, depending on the casino. Most RTG casinos are this way.

I have never had a problem playing at this casino or any other casino in this group. I agree they need to make their terms more clear tho!

After submitting a PAB and complaining to their manager Victoria, I was paid out. See my post in the Online Casino forum. I hope things go well with you!

I have a feeling this is just the start of his/her problems.

I don't even get why people still play at casinos with known problems . At almost every forum I visit and the one I work at there is usually at least one active thread with this and a few other casinos that ALWAYS have ongoing problems . Yet people are still depositing their money there .

The usual reason: they had an awesome offer for a bit. Normally, that would not be enough, but with a newsletter announcement on CM that they were working hard towards cleaning up their act, seemed to be worth the benefit of the doubt. Now that they have a rep to deal with directly, it should be much easier for people to get their problems fixed. My friend had his issue resolved already, actually. Now, on to the rest of the Virtual Group to get casino reps for each casino (unless the Cool Cat rep can deal with everything.

Thanks for the updates, Bryan, you are extremely helpful, as always.
