I deposited to shark casino and took the new user bonus of 200%. In which I lost. I then redeposited and got the 300% any slots bonus + 75% insurance bonus. I lost the 300% bonus and my original deposit. I ask to have my 75% insurance bonus credit to my account, inwhich they did. I played and met the wager requirement inslots and also played blackjack. They are forfeit my winnings (which is nothing but my first 2 deposit I lost) because I play blackjack. But there terms and condition stated:

1. All Bonuses over 100% are non cashable.
2. All cash backs (insurance bonuses) need to be wagered 10 times before requesting a cash out. Cash Backs are non cashable.

Nowhere in there terms does it says blackjack can't be played. Just that I had to wager 10X. Which I wagered over 25X in slots alone (not including BJ). Now they are trying to say the insurance bonus was for slots only. And the 300% bonus itself doesnt state you can't play BJ.

Further in there terms and conditions it states this: Restricted games: At any stage you cannot play Pontoon, War or any bet that is a even money cancellation bet as in Red or Black at Roulette. The games where this bet is not accepted are: Roulette (all games), Craps, Baccarat and SicBo. Any winnings will be voided.

This is not fair. All I won was my original deposit and to be honest. I am still $63 short from getting my full deposit back.

I tried to explain to an Alan via live chat. But he told me either to take the new offer and play just slots of they will take all my money! THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!

First off the player was not stiffed. Pretty much ever thing she said is true except the part where when the casino denied her win, we gave her back her original cash back and told her that it was only good for slots hence the 300% bonus. She did not make a 10% playthrough with funds available when she went to black jack, that is why the funds were removed. We did not tell her that she lost, we told her she broke the terms of the bonus, so we gave her a second chance after reexplaining the rules.
The customer might also have done better than telling the live help to Ef themselves and other derogatory terms, when they explained the situation to her.

You deserve to lose everything if you play at Shark Casino.

I am sorry but its true ... good luck because you will need it.

Just by depositing there ... you are not very well informed.

Shark Casino is aimed at new gamblers who dont know forums.

They LOVE to have ambigous terms and LOVE to take bets where they will never pay up.

Sorry guys, but I have to stand behind Shark Casino on this one.

If the player didnt play the 10x cashback on slots FIRST (which it appears they didnt) then they should forfeit the bonus according to the terms - HOWEVER the casino informed them of this and THEN gave them the cashback again for a second chance. How many Casinos would do that???

On a personal note, I had an issue with something the other day and phynqster PM'ed me and apologised and sorted it out there and then - no hassles.

Im aware that there has been some bad press about them during this year, but given their change in management and their willingness to assist at Forums like these, I feel we should be a bit more open-minded.

I also think that anyone who resorts to using profanity and bad manners when dealing with ANY customer service rep deserves all they get - if you have a complaint then make it through the proper channels and dont take it out on the guy who doesnt even make the rules to begin with...sheesh!

You never told me anything. And nowhere in the terms before you took my winnings back; did it state that I can't play Blackjack. All of this so you can keep $212 that I deposited? My cashout was for $150 of my own deposited money. Leaving me -62 short of my deposits. Your rules stated before you added no Blackjack.

Terms & Conditions
1. All Bonuses over 100% are non cashable.
2. All cash backs (insurance bonuses) need to be wagered 10 times before requesting a cash out. Cash Backs are non cashable.

Restricted games: At any stage you cannot play Pontoon, War or any bet that is a even money cancellation bet as in Red or Black at Roulette. The games where this bet is not accepted are: Roulette (all games), Craps, Baccarat and SicBo. Any winnings will be voided.

I lost the 300 Bonus money! I then received the insurance bonus (cash back) I wager over 25X on slots. I play .20 slots from 10 pm to near 5:30 am. Your rules states for cash backs All cash backs (insurance bonuses) need to be wagered 10 times before requesting a cash out. Cash Backs are non cashable. Plus nowhere does your 300% bonuses have restricted games.

You people are low for trying to imply a rule that isnt even in your terms. Show it to me and the rest of the forum.

Ah, all the same posters as in the other thread.

Lord_Have-Mercy,

If the 300% bonus is for slots its obvious that you cant play BJ. However, if you only used the insurance bonus to play BJ, then the casino screwed up by not stating this in their terms although they might have thought this was implied because the insurance bonus was tied to the original 300% bonus. So I think that you should get the winnings from the bonus and be given the benefit of the doubt. However, please stop crying aloud that you are still $63 short of your original deposit. If you gamble, you can win or lose your deposit. There is never any guarantee that your deposit will remain intact.

Im not crying about being -$63 short. I was just saying they still had +$63 from my deposit. So I wasn't making a big deal. I just wanted what I cashout and that was only "part" of my total original deposits.

It is totally irrelevant whether you were up or down and you are just confusing the issue because people are trying to figure out why that is so important when it isn't.

What is important is that the T&Cs did not restrict BJ play AND you fulfilled the WR on slots. So I don't see why people are defending the casino in this case unless I missed something (apparently there is another thread somewhere which is also confusing the issue even further).

I think you are right but you introduced and emphasized irrelevant material plus you have multiple threads and used profanity. You are just shooting yourself in the foot.

It has come to something when a post supporting a casino bases it on the fact that :
1. He had a problem with the casino (like many others it would seem)
2. Presumably the casino itself, ie CS, denied you a fair settlement.
3. You relied on a forum to get 'justice'.

What would have happened if you didnt know of this forum?

I would prefer a casino with semi-competent CS to sort this stuff out. Life is too short to need to to hope the forums will save you.

I am sorry ... but Shark casino are sounding worse and worse each day.

It was an issue with the terms changing as there was something omitted from them in the first place - CS had nothing to do with it as it was a management matter. I hadnt lost any money and hadnt been stiffed - I was just concerned that there might have been something fishy going on.

Yes, Shark has had a number of problems this year particularly (as I stated earlier) but there has been a change of management and I can only speak from my own personal experience which has been overwhelmingly positive.

Ive always been paid, with or without bonuses and from free chips, and have never had a problem with the CS operators. If and when this stops happening, they wont see me for dust.

Your experience might be different, but this is mine.

I stand corrected and hear you.

But, still, you are saying their terms were missing parts or incomplete ... and given the very serious losses other posters have been made to suffer because of confusion over their terms ... well, its hardly reassuring.

Like you say though ... its your call.

Thanks for acknowledging my opinion Henry - its a shame more posters didnt do the same for others :)

I agree re the terms - it should serve as a reminder to casinos to have someone check over the webpage before it is published - cant be that hard to do.
