On Sunday 9/10 I was offered the 70NOLIMITS1 bonus. My email about this bonus stated:

No Limits
70% BONUS
NO PLAYTHROUGH / NO MAX CASH OUT/ FULLY CASHABLE
TO PLAY ALL GAMES

DEPOSIT $100 OR MORE
REDEEM: 70NOLIMITS1 UPTO 70NOLIMITS3

This sounded too good to be true. I was certain that there must be a catch, so I had two conversations with the support rep Lisa (90+% certain this was her name) through live chat. I was later told the she was a manager. In the first conversation, we talked about the possible catch, giving several examples. In each case, she made it clear there was no catch. She said there were no game restrictions, and I could play all games. She convinced me to take the bonus.

I had another chat with Lisa shortly later in which we confirmed there were no game restrictions. I specifically asked if the rule about wagering 50% (changed to 30% some time between now and when I took the bonus) in BJ making the bonus have a playthrough referred to betting 50% of total bankroll on a single bet or 50% of total wagers. She didn't answer my question, and instead said the rule did not apply to me. She made it clear that the rule did not apply to my bonus because it had no game restrictions. I could play as much BJ as I wanted, so I did. I played all BJ.

After playing for awhile, I cashed out $125. The payout was not fast, but the cashout was approved and received in my Neteller account. I played for awhile again. I made some very large bets, and was one bet away from losing the vast majority of my funds, but I managed to recover the vast majority of my losses so I was down ~$50. I tried to cash out a couple hundred. This cash out was rejected. Support told me that I played more than 30% of wagering in BJ, so the bonus had a playthrough. As stated in the paragraph above, (the manager?) Lisa made it explicitly clear that this rule did not apply to my bonus. I also received an earlier cashout on a portion of this bonus without issue.

I've contacted support and explained the above. They have ignored all my emails, sending no response. I tried to withdraw again last week, and the withdrawl was denied again.

Some of you told me this offer was to good to be true. It seems you were right.

Yup, shady as shady can be. When I first started my gambling career I won about $1000 from thier no deposit bonus, met thier wagering requirements but was still denied a withdrawal, needless to say I have never been back. The casinos that made good on thier no deposit bonueses that I made sucessfull withdrawals on thier ND's are the ones that get my money.
