Attracted by the Nostalgia ( accredited casino ) promotion offering a 50% match bonus
on both the first & second deposits. Did not do my usual complete check ( as Bryan tell us ),
jumped in without seeing you can't withdraw until meeting wager requirement.
1st deposit--8/27 --- lost quickly, zero balance. Wasn't going to play again. Ego got me.
2nd deposit --8/31 -- -did somewhat better, decided to withdraw the cash balance.
Not permitted, okay, my mistake, what do I need to complete wager requirement?

Our disagreement and my complaint is documented from this point on. In the sake of keeping this
as brief as possible, the rest of my report will be relevant/ pertinent quotes from e-mail exchanges.
Important phrase/ words are given " marks.

According to our account, you have wagered 1417 towards your wagering requirements and need to wager a further "1083" Jhoanna Casino Action
On Sept. 3rd, I played for 5 hours, 42 minutes (totalled from Play Chek).
I then received the following:

Thank you for contacting Casino Action.
According to our record, you met our wagering requirement for the "1st welcome bonus," however, you received our 2nd welcome bonus on the 31st August, therefore, you are required meet the wagering requirement.
As a result, you still need to play through "$1419.73." Akane Casino Action

I, then sent a PM to the CAG representative from the forum listing.

I have recently read your private message via Casinomeister and have reviewed your account with our management in regards to the issues you have mentioned.
On checking your account it appears that you "did meet the requirements for your first bonus" and your balance was at "zero before" you made your second deposit.
However, once you made your second deposit, the wagering requirement also applied to that bonus. I can assure you that nothing is a miss on your account and wagering on your bonus is the standard requirement as per our terms and conditions. Paul F Nostalgia

Thank you for your response to my PM.
However, the one big point in our disagreement that I find very offensive is this:
You admit that my 1st deposit was played to a "0.00 balance." This normally means ( in most reputable casinos ) that "any and all obligations" to the casino are "null and void."
However, you advise that when I made the 2nd deposit, the wagering requirements for the 1st are added, in addition, to those of the 2nd.
This item alone puts Nostalgia on my personal Do Not Play list.
Thanks again for your reply, it is all over and done with. C'est la vie!

At this point, I just wanted to put the whole damn thing away, and probably wouldn't have posted.

Just to clarify - when Paul stated that "once you made your second deposit, the wagering requirement also applied to that bonus", he meant that wagering requirements were added to your account on your second deposit bonus; not that your first-deposit bonus wagering requirements were carried across to your second deposit. As you state, losing both your first deposit bonus means, "in most reputable casinos... that any and all obligations to the casino are null and void." We are a reputable casino and "this condition applies with us, also." Andrew T Nostalgia Casino Support

That is the WHOLE BLOODY MESS. I do not make accusations. But, the above statements
are contraditions at the very least, and "smack" of deception or deceit. Nostalgia/Casino Action Group are now located in my
private Morgue & Crematory. That's All Folks!

See if you can get your original deposit back and leave that place. They have gone down in quality since leaving RTG (Instant withdrawal). I have not fooled around with them and will not because of the same bonus issues. I made a deposit and saw the same rules and ask them to remove it. Before they would remove the bonus from my account. I had to signed a statement stating that I didnt want to receive any bonuses in the future. They are not worthy of 1 red cent of mines in my book.

However, once you made your second deposit, the wagering requirement also applied to that bonus
Nowhere do I see that the WR for the first is carried over to the 2nd in this statement. Anyone or most everyone playing at casinos KNOW there are WR for ANY bonuses offered unless otherwise stated. I read this to be the same. If you bust out on the first deposit+bonus, and choose to use the 2nd deposit + bonus, then WR must be met on this also. I fail to see where this might have been misconstrued, for as I said, ALL bonuses require WR unless they are a "gift" from the casino and stated as such that it carries no WR>

Maybe I am wrong, and if I am, then you can beat me with a wet noodle, but I think that maybe you didn't read through the whole WR T&C's as you admit...
Did not do my usual complete check ( as Bryan tell us ),

then when you lost...you try to get your funds back as a lot of players are trying to do lately which in my opinion is why we have these ridiculous T&C's from the casinos, for the players that think they are owed something when in fact didn't read the T&C's thoroughly and is at fault themselves and are owed nothing..

There was no intention of a withdrawal for the pittance left.
It was quckly played, and in my 35 years of gambling, I take my losses very well. Motto is,"Lose or win, wear a grin".

My post to be somewhat brief, required condensing of the 11 e-mails, and I chose those I knew were appropriate.

I respect your criticism. Like an umpire, call 'em as you see 'em.

Your quick accusation is the reason I don't make them, and I so stated.

So often, the accuser does not have all the facts.

No criticism , but now just wondering, what you are saying about this,
There was no intention of a withdrawal for the pittance left
When you said this prior to????
did somewhat better, decided to withdraw the cash balance.
Totally confusing statements.....made by you.
