Hello All,

I a really a new player and I have no experiences with the online casino. I got 25 credit free from the vegastopcasino which is under the responsability of the PlayUnited Network. Before I played this bonus I went to the website www.vegastopcasino.con and in the terms and conditions the casino say for the free money you need just to wager and maximum withdrawal is 10X the bonus. I played a long time and I meet nicely the wagering. I made request of the withdrawal of 200 USD to my neteller and I received two email saying that the withdraw was approved. I went to my netellet account in 13/09/2006 and I foud out that the casino sent the amount but after two hours they took it back from neteller. I made a phone call to the support and they said you have to deposit and I said there is no such condition in the website. Today 14/09/2006, the casino put the money in my neteller and took it back again. It`s mean twice.

I am sorry for this long thread but I have to explain to you what happened to me. The question is how they put it twice and they took it twice. I call them tody and they said it was technical problem. I said to them it can not be twice and that they don`t have any right to take the amount back from my neteller . My account in this casino is kiko and I hope somebody will help me with this matter in contacting the casino and making them pay what they tooke back. What is extremely worrying here is that you are saying the casino withdrew money out of your neteller without your permission....twice!!

thanks for the replay but they really ttok it from my netellet without my permission and it seem that Neteller is also the casinos account, they can do what they want. Can you please help me to put this matter to Neteller company.

Normally it is private account but the things were happen and you can see this case.
I don`t know really what to do

The casino didn't just withdraw a random amount from your Neteller account. They cancelled a transfer that they made to you. That's a big difference.

These no-deposit bonuses are often more trouble than they're worth, especially if they come from a less than reputable casino. If they tell you that there are T&C associated with the no deposit bonus, you are going to have to meet those terms in order to withdraw. Personally, I would research the casino in question before depositing.


There are no regulatory agencies that are going to force them to pay you. And you aren't going to make them pay you either. I would give it up, and stick with casinos on the accredited list here.

You better check your neteller transaction history... probably you made some deposits else where or some one has your Neteller info.

How did you know they took the money out of Neteller???? Did Neteller confirmed this?? I doubt it..

A casino taking money out of your Neteller account is like saying they had access to your bank account.

The only way they could do this, is if you gave them your secure id; which if you did was not wise, but regardless if you did, the casino shouldn´t do that.

I would like more details, interesting story from a new poster. It could be a kid messing around...

Give further details, it would be great to know which operation would do such a nasty move.
 
As said above, I'm sure they simply confused "taking it out of neteller" with the casino simply cancelling the transaction.
 
I've had double transactions and the 2nd was reveresed/taken back out of neteller over a day later from casino action. No idea if they cancelled transaction or if they had some other way of getting it back.

Curious about the secure ID comment, what is there to stop a casino monitoring this, you type it in their website, surely they could easily record this, just like they record the 12 digit id in a lot of places, is there some security level I missed?

On a side note neteller deposits at betwwts.com sportsbook were not working last night, and live help kept popping up pushing to help with a manual deposit and requesting my neteller ID and secure ID to be given to them over the live help. I avoided them like the plague, seemed very dodgy.

In neteller you can see the amount which was credited by playunited. Today the casino send me an email stating that the two email which I received from them approving the withdrawal are incorrect !!!

Even more in the email they give me the special link about the terms and conditions of 25free.The strange things is that this link is not in the website of play United and i don`t know from where they got it. It seem that the casino make it special for me and send it to me by email. Even more in the link they said the players from Netherland are not eligible for 25free. how They can pay me twice and they took it twice without knowing that i am from netherland even they have all the infomations and also they put back the amount in my casino account.It s clear that they made this link and send it to me just to cancel my winning.

I must say i am not comfortable with the whole " cancelled transaction " thing.
I always assumed that once it was in your account, it was yours.
What is the time period on this? ( mamgamb's was over a day )
It is entirely feasable that a player could of withdrawn this money ( neteller card ) or deposited it in another casino etc, and when the " cancelled transaction " came through the funds were gone, what happens then?

Transactions can be cancelled. I had an amount which was credited to neteller by a casino only to have it cancelled half an hour later. It was an incorrect amount and they sent me the correct sum soon after.
 
I agree it is most likely a reverse because they couldnt keep track of their own bonus rules. I saw 25freebie in August after I saw a promo for their new casino oneclubcasino and had a problem with csrs trying to determine if I could play there or not. Eventually they referred me to Playunited.com/or net..was introduced to 25freebie there..I didnt play it because of the terms and conditions..you had to deposit to get your "free" money..

This is just the same as a player doing a charge back. IMO once the payment goes thru to Neteller it should be story over.

Granted it was a free chip, however, I can name 10 MG casinos off my head that if you win on a free chip they pay & certainly wouldn't do dodgy shit like this.

This type of thing needs to be nipped in the butt. Maybe time spent on the not recommended list would serve a good lesson in casino ethics.

The issue of casinos doing a "charge back" simply because they have changed their mind about paying genuine winnings is not good. It is not as though the player set out to defraud, it was incompetence on the casinos part that Nicple ever got offered this in the first place as it is "by invitation.... to a select group of new players".

If players lose at this group and then "change their mind about playing", it would be all right for them to reverse the transaction also would it not?

(Rep, if any, invited to respond on this, and particularly about them doing their own "charge back" on a player's Neteller account).
