On August 29 I downloaded, set up an account, and deposited at

. I received the deposit bonus and did very well. I cashed out for over 1000. After waiting for my cashout for over a week I messaged the Belle Rock rep here on Casinomeister. At first I was told that the rep would look into it. A week goes by with no answer so I email him again. He then tells me that my account is "linked" to several other accounts and that he was waiting on more information. I waited a few days and after pressing him again he tells me the same thing about being linked to other accounts and that my account is closed and my deposit has been refunded. I will file a PAB now and update this thread with the results.

Sounds like a case of a casino not wanting to pay legit winnings.

I'm not sure where to post this so I will post it in both complaint forums, mods please move/delete the incorrect post

Linked to other accounts is normally a reason given that the new account is suspicious. If this is the case then the casino would have requested proof of ID Docs, I don't see any mention of these being sent.

Sounds like a case of a casino not wanting to pay legit winnings.

Belle Rock Entertainment Group may have a few short comings, but, they honour legit pay-outs. They're not a two bit operation. I believe there is more to this issue that is seeing the light of day.
 
There was no request made to send in any documents. I would have and still would if it would solve the problem.

This group is hopeless. Last year they locked all of my accounts without any reason and whenever I tried to visit any of their websites I was directed to another website showing Souith African delicacies. After complaining through this forum, it took them more than a month to reopen my accounts and there was not even an apology from them. Needless to say, I havent played at any of their casinos since.
 
I have been playing there for over a year and a half now. I have made several deposits, not so many withdrawls. I have made a $1,000 withdraw, and a few recently using weekend bonuses, and I have never sent my ID in, or got the run around, each was paid on time.
Maybe I am just lucky! :rolleyes:

The reason they gave upon my repeated queries was that I was thought to be linked to a gang of fraudsters which I feel laughable. Overall, I have lost money at the group and made several deposits at some of them, sometimes without bonuses. Even if they did think that I was linked with any gang, it would be a simple thing to check my account history and that would explain everything. The worst thing is that they do not even apologise for taking such drastic action and after a lot of PMs which lasted for a whole month, they simply tell you "Well, your accounts are now reopened". What dreadful CS.
 
i busted gaming club, then ran up a nice win from lucky nugget, then took an average win from river belle, and then busted jackpot city.

river belle paid me pretty much overnight, but lucky nugget ~2 weeks later and nothing. i hope i'm not a fraudster!

i'm just going to sit tight and pray every morning to find it in my neteller. i don't want to arouse suspicion. i am not locked out of any accounts.

I find the lack of any real information very problematic. Hopefully someone else can shed some light?

"Various identifiers!" That's the term they used when l queried them on the locking of my accounts. I was adamant that I wasnt linked as they claimed and after about a month, they finally conceded they were wrong and unlocked my accounts. It did seem that they decided to play safe and closed/locked every account that they "thought" are linked to the unwelcome accounts. In my case, I did not have any money pending in my accounts but I could not stand having my accounts locked for no reason. If you are not related to the other accounts in any way, do not give up and press for your winnings. If they could get my account wrong, this could happen to any other person's account.
