Thank you for your e-mail.

We have checked your account details as requested and note that the bonus has been removed from this account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, whereby we reserve the right to withhold any bonus. The complete ruling states

"The Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Casino and/or its authorised agent in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion".

i will update if i get my deposit and winnings back.

That was very unexpected.

Did you finish the WR for this particular bonus? If you did, the bonus money are yours and should not be removed. However, if you did not finish the WR for the bonus and had non-withdrawable cash in your account its not much to do about it. I really don't think they will take your deposit and earlier winnings though. Sucks to first get a bonus and then have it taken away anyways :(

yes i did fullfill wagering requirement for the bonus, its just that i were having a good run from last 3 months on there monthly. so looks like winnings straight in 3 months makes you involve in activity that you are not a profitable customer for that casino.

This is nonsense. Even if the casino were to curtail your entitlement to promotions, this should only apply to future bonuses. If they dont like your playing strategy, fine but all deposits, winnings and the bonus must remain intact and be withdrawable. From their e-mail it seems that your deposit will definitely be returned but for the bonus and winnings, this seems less likely but unless they give a valid reason for this, I think theses cannot be confiscated.

This does seem odd. I don't think any reputable casino would attempt to deny a bonus already issued, although they might bar you from future bonuses. Let us know how this one turns out. Judging by some other people's comments on these forums in recent months, their customer service leaves a little to be desired, so it might be necessary to be patient.

Hi, had to set up an account here for my William Hill problem. I have a rather large cashout here and they are screwing me as well. They only want to return the $40 back and not the winnings. I even sent in all documents requested. I have played here for a couple years and no problems on cashouts but now all of a sudden especially when its a good sized cashout? This is unacceptable!

They don't have a casino rep at CM? Do I PAB with Bryan?

I'll wait like another 4 days before I get their next email response from the finance dept. I can't believe a crypto is giving me this nonsense. Hopefully this can be settled soon.

That is ridicoulus(sp?)

If you have finished the WR the money is no longer a bonus. It's cold hard cash. A term where they reserve the right to "revoke entitlement" to the bonus doesn't give them any right at all to remove the money that is no longer theirs.

And even if they have this right, how stupid is it not to apply it? "Here - have a bonus, it's on the house... no wait I want it back.. WAAAAH"

As a customer there, I don't feel comfortable at all. What if they suddenly "in their sole discretion" want to take a year worth of bonuses from me.

i am going to wait till monday for a response from willhill but they are really unresponsive and phone # stated on there website doesnt works, then i might have to pab with bryan.but this really sucks that a player risks his money and if he wins then casino starts stunts.

Average email response for me has been 4 days and yes, their phone # doesn't work and no live chat anymore. So they sent my deposit back and of course not the thousands in winnings. Every other cashout I've had has been smooth in the past but a bigger win, not so easy.

I don't expect WH to budge so I already wrote a detailed PAB to Bryan just to get it in and get the ball rolling. Sinse WH doesn't have a casino rep. here and no other mediator service for cryptos, I will have to rely on the magic of Bryan. I will keep this thread updated hopefully with a positive outcome in the near future.

I have never had any problem calling the freephone number on their website, I think that it must be something to do with location. Although their email support has always been dreadful!

Their website does say 'please call +44 (0)870 600 0479 and leave your number - we will be happy to call you back.'
Did you try that?

Thank you for your e-mail.

As explained in our previous e-mail, you have been found to have been abusing our bonus scheme in the casino. As you have in fact withdrawn more that you have deposited to your account, you will not receive any further funds from William Hill.

As per our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to withhold any bonus and winnings from it: The complete ruling states

"The Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. how come they can refuse to refund my deposit on no solid grounds. just a question from bryan, if casino can say without any hesitation, that we are not going to pay your winnings, and we are not going to refund your deposit, then should we players bother to risk our money, hand our money to dishonest and thief casinos? just wondering is it safer anymore. i have seen so many dishonest casinos, not paying winnings like oliver curran, but atleast he refunds deposit. but willhill is openly doing fraud and confisicating my deposit as well. and forsure they dont have right to do this...

Nikest,

Well I got my measley $40 back but not thousands in winnings. I'm sure Bryan will get back to you are your PAB and give you a better contact email and #. Well at least your not getting screwed out of thousands in winnings like me. William Hillis sticking to their judgement and not budging. Before I post details on a public forum, I will go over this with Bryan.

Did they give you any reason for confiscating your winnings?

If indeed Hills are in the wrong here it is very worrying. They are one of THE biggest UK bookies and are on almost every highstreet. There are 3 branches here in Kilburn NW London within a half a mile of each other.

Did they give you any reason for confiscating your winnings?

Yes, their 2 points are valid and make sense but they created a win-win situation for themselves. In my case, the bonus should not have been awarded before I started playing probably to avoid any problems on a big win. After I deal with this privately with Bryan, maybe I will cut and paste emails so you can understand fully both sides of the story.

You have got to be kidding me. This is grounds for being rogued. Are they saying you deposited, they wont give you the bonus and they wont give you your deposit back because in the past over all you are ahead of them??? Is that what they are saying?? If it is, they are simply stealing. That is so so wrong. I hope i am misunderstanding this.

and now they are not refunding my deposit back cos my withdrawls are more than my deposit.thats fraud, i have emailed bryan and neteller. nothing heard from bryan and neteller is saying that they cant do nothing against merchants decision.so looks like any1 has a merchant account with neteller can ripoff customers very easily.and willhill doesnt has any moral values.all i am requesting from bryan is that if he finds willhill guilty then they need to be rogued and must be labelled thieves.

Will Hill are a top notch outfit with the backing of a major PLC and you can be 100% certain that the denial of winnings is not due to the fact someone is ahead overall.

They have obviously detected what they think is a 'fraudulent attack' on the casino and as the alleged perpetrator has already withdrawn more than his original deposit are refusing to pay him any more funds. If this 'fraudulent attack' is no more than using the bonuses to their maximum advantage within their T&Cs then it would be a serious blot on this casinos reputation.

ok now so there is 1 more clause of fraudlent attack on casinos..well.. wat i did was just played casino and a bonus was automatically added to my account and manage to win 2-3 months and made a withdrawl. i didnt know that i have to loose as well to be a legimate customer.

Heh, I wonder when they will classify me as a "fraudulent attacker" then? I've played the monthly bonus in Will Hill every month for a year now, and I'm at least $1,000 up in total
