Dash Casino Cashout problems

Basically I finished WR and it won't let me withdraw since it still says I have WR to go. They havn't been able to fix it all afternoon. Here's chat log:

Stefan: Thanks for contacting us, Garrett. My name is Stefan, how can I help?
Garrett: Hey the cashier is displaying the incorrect WR for me.
Garrett: I have completed my WR but it doesn't show it
Stefan: can I have your account number please
Garrett: XXX

Stefan: just bear with me a second please
Garrett: kk
Stefan: you should be able to withdraw Garrett
Garrett: kk thank you
Garrett: Will it withdraw the full amount?
Garrett: Cause it still says I have a 55 GBP bonus balance
Garrett: And I can't withdraw it still.
Stefan: sorry Garett for waiting
Garrett: Okay. Is it fixed?
Stefan: To be honest Garrett I have no idea why you can't withdraw
Garrett: Well can you manually change it or get someone else too?

Stefan: The best thing to do is to get in contact with us tomorrow after 10.a.m
Stefan: when our IT Guys are here

Garrett: It kinda sucks that you offer a casinomeister special bonus and then aren't even able to let people cash out their winnings.

Little early for a complaint, isn't it?

You really can't expect someone that's able to correct errors such as this to be in at 10pm at night their time...:)
 
That whole chat log is a bit ridiculous. Specifically the part of it where you mention CM to make sure they know they'd be screwing you in public if they chose not to pay out. It's so obviously a technical glitch of some kind and not a refusal to pay, the livechat guy said exactly that and (admirably) had the honesty to say he had no idea why.

IMO if you want to mention this situation in the forum fine, but it's pretty harsh throwing up a thread in the complaints section over some minor technical glitch on a brand new site. And it's a bit combative threatening the livechat guy with bad publicity on here when they've done virtually nothing wrong. If it was rogue-casino x it'd maybe be understandable starting a complaint thread so quickly, but with 32red's long history of good customer service and banking you'd think it'd be fair to give them 12 hours to sort out your problem like they requested.

As much as I agree, I often wonder why casino's of this caliber don't have a skeliton IT staff on 24/7. If it was a B&M casino and some glitch took place I doubt the casino would say "sorry come back tomorrow pal".

This is not a dig at Dash or 32red for that matter, it's just a general observation from my own experiences.

Though I do think the additional casinomeister comments were not needed.

Have the terms been taken into consideration. Unlike some, Progressive slots do not count at all and will not reduce the tally in the cashier.

Another possible cause is an error in the implementation of the weighting factor for the game classes. Although the tally is supposed to be in real time, I have found that in some EZBonus casinos it refuses to update when I move the mouse over it, even if I do it several times and force the little window to close.

Bear in mind that 32Red do not hang about with processing cash-ins, so although you have to wait till tomorrow for a tech to fix it, the resulting cashout should go through by the day after, and if to Neteller should appear quickly. I assume that they will be wanting to operate Dash with the same levels of service. This is 32Red's first try with the new EZBonus, a product which has had a few bugs since it first appeared.

Back to the issue at hand - Thremp, please read this before posting complaints:

You rag on some support guy in chat, throwing Casinomeister's name around, and then post the chat in public view here. Why?

The support guy told you someone would look into the matter first thing this morning, your response could have been "okay, let me know what's up then." But instead you chose to make a public posting about the matter - which in my opinion is really a non-issue.

Did you PM any casino rep like the "Must Read" thread suggests? Or are you just slamming a casino just for slammings sake?

Simply put, what's the purpose of this thread?

It isn't a standard bonus. Normal bonus is 50 GBP and I'm sure it works fine, but they offer a special bonus and then it doesn't work. I assume if its a software glitch that other people *might* expierence the same thing. I'm not trying to accuse them of villainy, just of giving out a bonus to a specific group of people and then having their software not be set up to make it work.

You're the only one that I know of that has experienced any problems with the bonus - except that there are two bonus codes "MEISTER1" for the download casino "MEISTER2" for the flash version - (I failed to mention this in the newsletter announcement).

Maybe you did it wrong. Maybe you could have waited until the tech guys could look into this (like the CSR said). I just don't think this warrants a thread in the complaints section with a copy of your chat session.

Btw, my only "complaint" with Dash Casino is their 90'ish looking logo (font style and that ugly flare effect).

i had a problem with the download code this morning for the cm sign up bonus i got. went on live chat, 10 mins later, manually credited. pity i blew out though:eek2: :D i cant see the point in anyone slagging off this casino, after all its new and bound to have a few minor mishaps. like the casino btw 32 red:thumbsup:
 
I think I might've come off wrong this isn't a "God these guys are scam artists." Its a "God it sucks that they have a software error. Here's what they said to me if you're having the same problem."

I didn't want this to really become a complaint I intended it more as a informative post so if other people are having the same problem we could see what is going wrong.

I think I used the correct code in the correct casino, the download one BTW.
 
I received a PM from the casino manager earlier this morning saying the problem had been fixed. It appeared to be solved on his end but still was not resolved. I PMed him back that I was having the same problem and asked if they could manually handle the withdrawl. He passed it on and the cashout was cleared in under 2 hours (the next time I checked). So all-in-all software problem might still exist but they are amicable to helping you out if you talk to the right people.
 
Not the first time a complaint about a fairly minor issue with this group has come up. It seems to me that occasionally they are victims of their own success - they fall slightly short of their pretty outstanding reputation, and a thread like this appears.
