I was browsing around the net when I saw a free $30 sign up bonus, no deposit required for Casino King.
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
This sounded great, and it was no deposit so i figured I would try it out. If you click the link you will see it is the first bonus on the list. They are clearly advertising for Casino King and are an affiliate. After following the correct links, I didn't find the $30 in my account. I contacted live support to where I was connected to Jack, here is our conversation:

Jack: Hello
Jack: Im Jack from chat support
Jack: Welcome to the Casino
Player25: Hi I need some help
Jack: How are you?
Player 25: Not good
Jack: sure how can I help?
Player 25: I downloaded the software and was suppose to get a free $30 sign up bonus, but do not see anything in my account.
Jack: one moment please
Player 25: thank you
Jack: Im sorry this promotion is for customers coming from a specific affiliate site.
Player 25: Yes and I did come from that specific site
Jack: Other sites have flase advertisements...
Jack: If you were coming from that site the bonus would be issued automatically.
Player 25: What? Why would a site offer false advertising for you?
Jack: This is not one of our affiliates.

Here are the bonus terms and conditions:

Eligible customers can receive a $/£/€ 30 free sign-up bonus if they open their first real-money account with us and providing their correct personal information. This promotion is open to first-time customers who open and register a real-money account during the promotion times. Existing holders of real-money accounts with us are not eligible to participate. This offer is limited to one player per household/computer.

This bonus is credited for wagering purposes only. Bonuses will automatically be removed from the player's account after a withdrawal request. The maximum amount of bonus you can receive is $/£/€ 30 upon sign up. The wagering requirements are 77x the bonus amount before you will make a withdrawal.

Bets placed in Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, and Sic Bo do not count towards the wagering requirement of this bonus. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from the player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered on the above games, before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully. Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time. Management's decision is final.

Come to Casino King today and enjoy your free bonus!

I have never played at Casino King, and am eligible for this bonus. But Jack insisted that wasn't one of their affiliates. I don't know how that is possible if they are advertising for them. I am very upset that Casino King would lie like this, just to get out of a bonus. I want my $30 sign up bonus from these guys.

I am not sure whether the casino is really lying as I have seen this kind of thing happen before. Some affiliate sites advertise promos on ND bonuses if they signup for a particular casino thru their site when actually no such deal is struck between the affiliate and the casino resulting in chaos. In a similar case, Fortune Lounge had to publicly deny a promo regarding free play for Vegas Villa/Vegas Palms simply because it wasnt true but was listed in some websites.

I think you should check this out with the affiliate and ask them to contact the casino to get you your bonus if indeed there is such a deal. If not, the blame should be on the affiliate in this instance for advertising something that is not true.

Nelvitt,

Thru your link I visited the website. I scrolled down and in one paragraph they were advertising on the greatness of ND bonuses and there was a link to a supposedly ND bonus from a casino. Lo and behold, this one is from Strike It Lucky but there was only a free $20 for a deposit of $40 promo and no ND bonuses. What I am saying is that if they can get this one wrong, the same could be said for the promo from casino King. As I said earlier, I think you should contact the affiliate and ask what's up.

Gamesandcasino.com is Dominique's website. She's an active member here Nelvitt. I'd send her a PM (go to the member's list and look her up, then click on send a Private Message). Ask her to look into it for you. The affiliate company should be able to track or tell her where you came from. And if you signed up thru her link and it's not showing on her account, I doubt whether she'll be too happy. By any chance you never had an account from a long time ago maybe? Just a thought.

Oh, this is Dominique's website. Well, Nelvitt, your case should be safe hands then.

Nelvitt, here's the link to Dominique's profile. Halfway down the page you'll see a link to send her a private message. I'd let her contact the aff company and see what's up.

She is attending the BoDog conference in Vegas, so not sure if she's around right now, or when she will be, but send the PM anyway.

i can't believe that KasinoKing would run his establishment in such a tawdry manner......he's always been a fine and upstanding lad and I hate to see greed take hold of such a good natured chap.

Ha ha ha....

That is my site and my ad. Casino support was correct, I am not an affiliate, it is a publishing deal.

Please PM me and I'll take care of it asap. It is an exclusive bonus, and if you did not use the provided link, or if you altered it in any way, you would not have been credited.

Re. bonuses, listed lower on that page, they are impossible to keep up to date all the time, casinos change them at whim. I can't visit a couple hundred casinos a day, so there is this:

Please note that the listed bonuses may be outdated. Please check both the bonus amount and the wagering requirements at each casino before deciding to play.

I signed up for this a couple weeks ago and received the bonus instantly with no problem.

The only thing I can think of that might have prevented you from getting the bonus is if you first visited the web site of an affiliate of Casino King, and that web site either opened a popup of, or displayed an advertisement for, Casino King's web site. Then at a later date you visited GamesAndCasino.com, but the cookie from the first site was still in place and essentially "dominated" Dominique's cookie and made it appear to Casino King staff that you didn't sign up through GamesAndCasino.com.
