i was playing the free money there about 3 weeks ago. Made a nice amount from the free money and went to cashout $85. Twice i was denied this cashout. First i had to send documents in. DID. NExt time i needed to play more bonus money that magically showed up into my account and isnt played until you bet your balance. which is all my money. lame. I spoke with a represenative the day i opened my account adn they told me i could cashout. Now im speaking with one, they have "no records" of previous conversations with them. whatever. and they have my documents. this sucks

And expecting a response in a little over 2 hours doesn't make much sense either.

PAB like the other poster said and see if Bryan can look into it.

Troyer16 in the Casinomeister's absence I have spoken to contacts at the casino here and they claim that you played your entire amount down to a zero account balance and that they are consequently unable to assist you.

If you regard this as untrue please feel free to submit a Pitch A Bitch (PAB) as indicated by other posters here so that the 'Meister can address your complaint in detail on his return.

yes i did play out my account, after i was told two different things.

One) I need to play all of my bonus money before i can cashout. I had $2.50 bonus money that came out of no where and around a $85.00 cash account. I was told the cash account is deducted first. So i would have to lose the $85before the $2.50 would be bet.

Two) that the bonus slowly goes away after playing by proportion. And then you play your cash account. It did not make sense.

i did check my account and noticed it was funded to $85. THank you so much but i would like to know what is going on.

I also noticed that my bonus balance is $0. meaning i can cashout. Thank you so much casinomeister!! Is it ok for me to know what happened though?

Troyer16 all I can tell you is that I spoke with the casino management who felt their original decision was justified, but as a gesture of goodwill would comp you.
