    Complaint : On 12th of August 2001 I requested a withdrawal. They confirmed this through this e-mail on 13th of August: "Your request for a withdrawal of funds has been processed. Your $400.00 redemption has been processed with the following breakdown: Visa -400.00 XXXXXXXXXXXX7817" Since then nothing has been happening. No CC-refunds or any check. I have several times requested my money. I think they will not pay me my winnings.
    How Resolve: Talk to the casino, if that is no good as I experienced then blacklist the casino and so on.

    I, , give permission for Tropicalbet Casino to release all information regarding my account to the OPA.I also agree not to settle this claim without first notifying the OPA of my intentions to do so. I further agree to be truthful and honest in my communications with the OPA. I understand that by misleading the OPA in this matter could result in my membership being canceled in the OPA. I further agree to release all terms of any settlement agreement with the OPA I further agree to reimburse the OPA for any out of pocket expenses concerning this complaint. I also understand that this complaint may be posted or broadcast by the OPA

    Tropicalbet Casino recently got a new supermanager. Before that they lied and ignored me totally since I cashed out in mid August. He fixed my case in a week and when we had an arrangement regarding the payment procedure. I was paid half an hour after making a request through NETeller. That is extremely fast service I recon!!!
    I have received all $470 now so I therefore request that you cancell my official complaint #1147.
    If OPA has any other member complaints against the casino or sportsbook I suggest that you contact Casino Manager Jo McMillen through help@tropicalbet.com . Just right his name in the subject and he will answer quickly! He has the highest respect for OPA. He misunderstood one of my letters when I mentioned the complaint. He pleased me not to do it, but it was made of course months ago. Good luck!
