Like Rob said, it's not wrong, per say, but if you simply press 'print screen,' by itself, you'll get a snapshot of your whole desktop including the casino.

By pressing alt+print screen, you'll only get a shot of the application that's in front and nothing else, ie: the casino. That makes for the largest SS available.

That one too!

Still - both a lot better than busting out in a few minutes. Well done!

I suspect the problem here is the height is set too big - that's the only thing I can think of which would explain the huge white bit under the shot.
Anniemac; Next time you save a shot, open it again in 'Paint', use the scroll bars to get right down into the bottom of the white bit. If you look very carefully right in the centre you will see a tiny blue square. Point your mouse at it and a vertical black arrow will appear. Press your left mouse button and drag the bottom up until you reach the bottom of the picture.
Then go to 'File' in the menu & click on 'Save'.
Not only will it fix that one shot, but also Paint will remember the setting so they should all be OK from then on.

I hope that cures the problem - I want to see your shots in full-size too!

KK, you're confusing everyone.

Let me explain it....again.....

There is NO NEED TO RESIZE screenshots in MSPAINT or any other program. As long as you save an image as a JPG, THE FORUM WILL RESIZE it on the fly when you upload it.

Very lucky hit at DaVincis gold. Started with $250 and a bonus of $500.
Around $21000 in wagering, but I think I'll make it!
Just signed up there today, wish me luck on my cash-out

I've cleared the WRs and requested a $2000 cash-out (their max per 24 hours).
The rest will just have to sit in my account tempting me

It's probably a good thing that you didn't up your bet, it most likely would not have hit anything...when is the last time you have seen anyone post a significant win in this thread from a large bet at 3Dice...

No, I'm sorry, but it's YOU who is confusing people.
The problem with Annie's shot is the empty white area at the bottom which also gets re-sized when she uploads.

If her shot starts of at say for example 708 wide and 960 high and looks a bit like this:-

Name: Annie1.jpg
Views: 288
Size: 38.1 KB

When she uploads it, the software automatically reduces the whole picture (including the unwanted white bit) to a height of 480 and it looks like this:-

Name: Annie2.JPG
Views: 284
Size: 12.9 KB

I'm sure my advice is correct: get rid of the "white bit" first and the shot will resize & look like this:-
(But not so blurred - blowing it up caused that).

Name: Annie3.JPG
Views: 282
Size: 73.8 KB

Sorry for the derail, but Yes, KK is right here..

Another way (as said, you only need to do this one time):

Open Paint
-> press Ctrl+E
-> Change Height and Width both to 10px

Take a screenshot (with either PrtSc or Alt+PrtSC)
-> go to paint and press Ctrl+V

Paint now only shows the captured shot, no white.
-> Save as jpeg and upload here..
