Wanted Poker / Gambling / Casino sites

I am looking out to buy around 50 casinos / poker/ bingo / gambling related web sites (for ex. article sites, blog sites, forum sites, directory sites, etc)

Sites should be at least 4 years old i.e. launched in 2003.
Sites should have a maximum of 10-15 pages. However more pages are not a problem but I just need 10-15 pages.
Sites should not be black listed in Google and other Search Engines
Site domain name should contain either of the words: casino, gambling, blackjack, poker roulette, craps, slots and bingo. Minimum of 1 of the words is required in the URL more then 1 word is acceptable.
Sites should have at least 40 incoming links in Google and a minimum PR 3

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR BUYING JUST DOMAIN NAMES, SO PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A WEB SITE TO SELL.

Just out of curiousity, are you prepared to pay the going rate, even considering the current climate - ie based on annual revenue

Does anybody know how much the going rate for a site that fits all that criteria?
I haven't got a clue....but am curious

Well it all depends on traffic and what percentage of your traffic is non US - In addition to established revenue from Non US Based Players.

Certainly it is a buyers market at the moment. Before the UIGEA and the subsequent enforcement of it, good portals, with solid traffic from quality aimed sources ie google - would sell for around 3 x years annual revenue.

Obviously this is not the case now. I would guess it is more around 1 x years annual revenue - That said you would have to factor in the percentage US Players make up of that.

I am personally interested though as to why VXP is only looking for established portals that have been around since 2003 or before. There are many strong portals, earning sizable revenue that have only been around for a year or so. Age is irrelevant to a certain extent. Because once a site is ranking high in google and the other engines for the 'money' keywords, it makes not a jot of difference whether it be 1 year or 4 years old.
