Is it possible to self exclude from all casinos out there? I really dont wanna play anymore because it has turned into a problem for me. I cant even have money in my bank account anymore because im too scared i will gamble it away. Any suggestions?

Trouble is, is that there are always new casinos opening up so the temptation will always be there.

There is softwares you can install which stop you going on gambling sites.
I'm not sure what they are but someone else will be able to tell you.

I would also request to go into the quit gambling group on the forum, by PMing an admin or Mod

Gamblock is one of the programs I have heard about. It prevents you from entering any gambling sites and I think it even blocks gambling ads. I heard it's a good tool along with going to Gamblers Annon :) Good luck in your efforts. :)

Here are some tips quit gambling.

Hopefully that will help. I'll also put you in the "quit gambling" user group so you'll stop receiving PMs for promos etc.

Worth looking at. What would probably help is something in life that a) you can do anytime you want to and b) is more exciting than gambling. Periods of boredom and too much free time are an enemy of any addiction.

The longer you can make yourself do an enforced break, the more chance you have of quitting for good but you need that hobby or pastime to drag you away. Games (FPS games for example) that you can turn to maybe? Playing these in multiplayer environments is a blast, addictive and much cheaper :)

I remember saying the exact same thing a couple of years ago, and in that respect nothing's changed. It's extremely important to keep oneself distracted, as willpower on its own becomes overburdened by idleness.

I even suggested the closest vice to gambling, namely gaming. Titanfall I believe had just come out and you could watch hours fly by on that.

So your point is valid, even if a little plagiarized

(only joking!)

Agreed.... I bought myself an XBOX One about a year ago to give me something else to do besides gamble on line and it really worked. Now I play XBOX for an hour every night after dinner instead of spinning the slots.

You should try to find some group of people who have the same problem as you, either off-line or on-line if you don't have such group in the neighborhood or don't want yet to share this personally with anyone.

Can you ring up your bank and ask them to block all gambling transactions ? Even maybe include skrill/neteller or whatever else you use . I heard someone give the idea to order new debit / credit cards and get someone you trust to record the 3 digit ccc number and then scratch that number off the cards . So you won't be able to deposit that way . Of course it sucks if you need to buy something online . Ultimately though you need to just give up gambling because you're prob always going to find someway around it . Doing as much as you can to make it as difficult as possible to gamble though is still a big help

I did a similar thing, but only with a Netflix subscription. Watched a bunch of series like Dexter, Homeland, etc. Eventually you start looking forward to them.

I might add, it was a lot easier being in the USA as making deposits would/could be problematic.
