Thanks, BT! I know what I say because I have already experienced it, I mean, of course I haven't tried to commit suicide, but now I just enjoy playing games. I have assigned a limit of how much I can spend on gambling and don't have any problems if I lose
Fleur-De-Lis, do you have any hobbies, except gambling? Maybe you should switch over to another one you have? Women, alcohol, PC-Games, etc!
Edit: I saw your profile. Unfortunately, I'm not Numismatics fan. But I like to travel, I like beer (we have very good beer "Beaver" here in Belarus), women (say "Hello!" to future Mrs. SlotMonster ), sport (swimming, I'm the candidate for the master of sports), PC-Game (I like to play Quake-3). There are so many interesting things to try!

Yes how true slot hardest critic of ourself is ourself. I mean you can sit and beat yourself up after losing or playing off when you could of been up a lot for a withdraw. But keep in mind at that time you kept playing or depositing that kept you happy at that point so why take that moment away from yourself. Most everyday people from time to time always feel like why do i even bother.
When i get in those moods i either just go in for the tourneys and most times that takes away from the feeling i look at those as wow if i deposited good for me i didnt so i kept my money with me cause i lost. If i win and i have won lots
cool im playing for real money. If the feeling doesnt pass in 24 hours stay clear of the casinos for a bit take walks get a dog do something to keep your mind off all this i have one friend when this doesnt hit is off at live bingos. Cost is less and she is away from her puter. Long drives read a book search the web and so on. Another thing your always special to someone your someones son brother sister aunt uncle and so on so if you do anything at all to yourself you put those other folks in the spot of why we didnt see this and help you so plse take deep breaths life has it punches but it also has it good points. Need to chat im sure and im one of them find one will start up a chat with you.

Absolutely, positively, NO NEVER EVER have even considered suicide. Suicide is one of the most selfish acts that a person can do. You leave people behind who will forever live with the guilt that they could have done something to stop you, should have known and stopped you.

If gambling is affecting you in such a way, then quit. I know what I am talking about. Give it up. Get outside. Have your internet shut off. Get help. Gamblers play for the high, not the money. When you can't get the high, you get the low. Just like a crack addict jonesing for the next fix. GET HELP!!!

Life is way too short as it is to have an addiction that can be stopped kill you and cause your family immense pain and guilt.

I can feel what you feel now. I have been there. truely.

Life is much more than just games, think about bright side, wine, bear, movie and sex. whatever you are a "she" or "he". Making a plan on how to change the situation, seeking professonal help.

The most important thing is to take a break.

The best way to get out of this mood is to feel love again.

Go to someone you like/love and have a good dinner, a good sleep.

    Tomorrow is another day.

The only time I got so mad was.
But I didn't considered suicide on my mind.
The time I was on a five cent slot at Foxwoods playing the max 45 coins.
I wanted to punch the window of that slot machine so bad I can taste it.
We all get mad at ourself but if I ever punched that machine I would even lose more than what I bargained for. They would kick me off the property and tell me never come back and all the bus trips I do for them would be history too.We all must have self-control in everything we do even if it hurts.
You have many great organizations that helps the one's that need it.
I thank God I never needed that help.
I do wish you the very best and you can always remember you have many friends here that will be on your side that will guide you through this.
And never put yourself down life is too dam short.

Brian, SlotMonster, guys - thank you. Sorry if my post was offensive or against forum rules or ethics. Truly, my only excuse is that I had no other place to go than this forum, no other people to turn to - everybody I know in 'real' offline world have no idea I am a gambler... May be in my case it is not so much about gambling but about self-destruction in general: everything I do, I do in excess. If i crave ice-cream, I'd buy 3 or 4 at a time

    P.S. And yes, I am a 'she'

    My story.......decided it wasn't relevant......deleted it.

No matter what the cause of your dark thoughts, please don't do anything to yourself, get some help ASAP. Right now you are only feeling your own pain but remember that if you hurt yourself the pain will be much greater for those that love you.......please don't do that to them or yourself. Things may look very bleak right now, but it's not a permanent thing if you take the first step to pull yourself out of that black hole no matter what the cause be it gambling, medication or just life.
Sending lots of warm hugs and good thoughts your way.

Sweetie few of us females know the feeling if some of my family clients work colleges even knew im not sure what i would do or how to handle it either. But you came to the right place we are here together as a group and family. Its frustrating at best you make a deposit thinking maybe get a bit of play time and in min thats gone with nothing left to do. As i said try few tourneys 3dice is great as you can chat with a lot of us from here at the same time your in the tourney. I have won a few mg tourneys but i have won more 3dice tourneys then mgs. SMILE tomorrows another day take a nap but plse dont feel guilty about what you did as i said before thats what you wanted to do at that time so please never take that away from yourself or you will find the rest of your life will be second guessing every step. Ill toss this one in also im on a private rampage myself here lol. Long story but as the old saying goes somethings got to give.
