TITAN poker - Bonus
Hi There,
Two weeks ago I received a loyalty Bonus of 15 euro ( I never asked for anything). I play it ALL and then I did a deposit of 30euro(wihtout any bonus) I lost it all again and I did a second deposit of 20euro (again without any bonus) I lost it as well. Thus my balance was ZERO. Till here their scheme to steal more of my money was working perfectly.. Till yesterday night, where I won the 2nd place in their weekly depositor freeroll and I won 120euro. I tried to make a withdrawal.. But they declined it telling me that I have to leave the bonus I received Two weeks agos and I can only withdrw 106€. WHY? Does it means that when they gave me this loyalty bonus they knew that I was going to be stuck for thus amount if I dont clear the necessary points? I mean come on I never asked this loyalty bonus. I know I m talking about ridicusely low amount of money but it's not really about the money... Im shocked because they offer me some money that avoid me to withdraw all my funds if I win something with an another deposit... it's isnane isn't?
I was used to a perfect and gentle customer service with TITAN poker but today the customer service was really incompetent and arrogant.. she was always answering like " Yes, but it's like that..." without any futrher explanations and ignoring the example and question I asked her... like "what if I deposit 100 euro now but decide to withdraw it in an hour because I changed my mind ? Should i be only able to withdrw 86€? ..she never answer this questions. When I insited ;she told me (with the exact same words) : "I'm going to tell you what happened here, You tried to make a withdrawal, we declined it and it makes you upset! ...As from there..." WHAT?? "As from there" WHAT!!!??? what's that for an anwser??????? she even added that she cant explain ten times why .. :| damn she doesn't even gave me one constructive answer, exept .. "you have to make points to withdraw this money"...
Thanks darling but I think you take me for an idiot. I know I looks like because I play online but don't push too far lol...(I didnt say that , thats a personal thought lol) so, her name was "Elody" (from live french customer service) If someone from TITAN is walking around here, please have a chat with this nice lady (Elody) and make her understand that she 's better to work in a fast food than in a galmbling customer service where the master word should be "make the customer think that we are concern as much as he is about his problem" even if it's not true..
