Problems with moneybookers

I am having a problem trying to get my money out of my moneybookers account. I have contacted them several times using the various email addresses, faxing and posting a letter but as yet no response.

I tried to withdraw my balance by cheque and close my account. My account is closed but no cheque appearing.

Is there a MB rep around i can talk to?

Regardless of what their position regarding your withdrawals is it is disconcerting to hear that they simply won't answer you. I'm happy to try and contact them on your behalf but I'd like to know a little more first.

- How long have you had your MoneyBookers account?
- How long have you been trying to withdraw your monies?
- Have you received any communications from them at all on this matter?
- If so what email addresses were used?

With some of that information I'd be in a better position to approach them.

Cheers,
Max.

I had account with MB for over 5 years, and sometimes I wonder why I put with all their weird antics for so long... When in the past I had a problem and sent them enquiry, I happened to get an automated response that either makes no sense, or does not address my concerns at all, or even is in language other than my account language (I got email from them in Polish once! Why on earth?... )
