Anybody using nucharge to deposit at bodog? if you are don't. I just got an e-mail from bodog stating that nucharge is requesting a chargeback of 900.00from may 2, and may 3. 2anda half months later they are able to call bodog and request a chargeback without any explanation.
Therefore I now owe bodog 900.00 without any explanation.Whats funny is that I have been deposting from nucharge in the thousands since then, my account was up to date and then they are able to do this without any proof to bodog whatsoever, and of course my deposit history from the month of may has somehow disappeared online. This operation makes click-2-pay seem honest. |

Didn't you have an issue where funds were not credited so bodog wouldn't honor your wagers? Poor memory... was it nucharge? Or am I all wet
Are these related? |

Surely if the player confirms in writing these were valid charges, and they have been debited from their cards and never returned, Bodog has no liability to pay up, if Bodog has the money, how are Nucharge going to get it unless Bodog gives it up. They could just cut their agreement with Nucharge altogether.
The ONLY grounds Nucharge would have for a chageback off their own bat would be if they never received the funds from the player's card, and this would be obvious on the player's statements. If they have resorted to a "disappearing act" over the transaction records for May, they clearly are not acting in an upfront & honest manner, and it rather looks like Bodog are getting screwed over, as two months is long enough for winning players to have been paid from these deposits, and there is no way Bodog can enforce recovery from players, especially those in the US - whose simple defence is to show they themselves don't have the money back, and that therefore Bodog are attempting extortion.

Just want you to know that Nucharge and Bodog are scammed me. I have been playing bodgo for couple of years now. Now I have major problems. Since I sign up with nucharge and didn't have a problems till last May. Nucharge have double charge my account more than once. When I look over my bank statement I have notice over charge 800 dollars but I realize it was just two (mine mistake). I email nucharge and they told me to send a bank statement to prove the double charge so I can get my credit back to my bank card. I have faxed, email, and phone them and they said they haven't get the fax and ask me to send them again. (phony excuse). I contacted my bank and they said that just tell them that I will deputed with the bank if they don't solve my issue or credit my money back soon. Couple days later I check my bank again to see if they done anything. Yep. They deposited it alright. It not $200 dollars. It $3200 dollars. That weird. I log in my nucharge and I went panic when I saw -1800 dollars in the account and my account is is frozen. I email them and they said my account frozen because I was theating them to depute the charges with the bank if they don't credit my account soon. They said they get rid of customer who depute with the bank. I ask them why is -1800 doing in the account and they said it just a display only. They said all of my transation will be credit back to my card. They said it three times and I copy all of my email. I don't know why they give me all of my money back. They said all of your transation will be reverse and wish me good luck. I left the money alone in the bank for a week and it still there. So I went ahead and paid my bills and play poker and casino at bodog using my debit card. Two months later I login to bodog and they have lock me out till the transation issue is resolves. They email me and want me to call them and to fix the problems with the transation. Bodog told me that I owe 967 dollars. I told them I'm not paying that money back. But they theating me it will go to the collection and my credit report. They told me that my nucharge account was negative and nucharge took 1000 dollars away from bodog and that what I was told. I told them why and I need to see proof. I told them Nucharge credit me back all my money and how in the world I was negative with nucharge. I told bodog that the negative was only a display and they have refunded my money. If I was negative then Nuchage wouldn't refund my money the first place. Bodog don't care what problems I have with Nucharge. They want me to take it up with Nuchage. So I talk to Nucharge and I demand proof and but told them I have email and they don't want to bother to read it or want it. They hang up on me about 5 times and don't want to be bother. I call bodog again and they explain that Nucharge didn't get paid from 4/25 to 5/07. I look at my bank account and told bodog that it was paid. I have to fight over the phone and finally bodog will take this up to E-com dept. I have heard from them yet but was told to wait a few days. Is this make any sense to you? I'm not giving up the fight. Please help me if you know anything. Thanks a bunch. CowboysTX
