Neteller issue

I am writing this on behalf of my friend(his english si poor)

I seems neteller decided to canfiscate his funds for unknown reason. This is the story:

1) The friend opened neteller account 2 weeks ago.
2) The friend funded the account right away.
3) The account was closed right after the deposit has been made. He was promised a call. Nobody called.
4) The friend did not heard from neteller for over a week
5) The friend wrote them an email. He was told, that this is standard security procedure(Blocking 400$ for a week?). He was promised a call. Nobody contacted him so far.
6) The friend decided to contact them via live chat. He went to live chat and he was promised that a representative would call him the same day. Nobody called.
7) My friend repeated the 6) 2 more times. Still no call from neteller.

Now, it has been more then 14 days since he deposited 400$ into his neteller account. Account has been blocked since then and it seems neteller is not willing to contact him.

Exactly, these guys are acting strange. This friend is not the only person, who had a trouble recently.

If there were another service with such merchant coverage, I would leave neteller.

There's always Moneybookers (no US), Firepay (no US), and Click2Pay (US allowed)...most casinos/poker rooms I've seen take all 3.

edit: Actually I found out that Moneybookers will allow US customers, but won't let them transfer to a casino/poker room. What other non-gaming clients they process payments for is beyond me
