Complaint : I deposited $300 and started playing. Lady luck was with me today, and I won pretty good. After I had played a lot of BlackJack and Roulette, my account is $856. Casino owes me $90 in bonus for the initial deposit. They promised it would be inserted after wagering 1200. I have written several mails to the casino with no response. My withdrawal has been pending.
How Resolve: I would like OPA to get my money, and warn other players about this casino, as they don't seem too eager to serve their customers.
I, xxx, give permission for Palazzo Casino to release all information regarding my account to the OPA.I also agree not to settle this claim without first notifying the OPA of my intentions to do so. I further agree to be truthful and honest in my communications with the OPA. I understand that by misleading the OPA in this matter could result in my membership being canceled in the OPA. I further agree to release all terms of any settlement agreement with the OPA I further agree to reimburse the OPA for any out of pocket expenses concerning this complaint. I also understand that this complaint may be posted or broadcast by the OPA
