Unserious support!

hehe, I like playing a little dump when I ask support something,
that way they always get really nice and will glady help.

So I was asking on why a transfer took so long..

Support: It has been escalated by the agent and it will be 6 - 8 hours
xxxxxxxxx: uh okey,.. agents, like police agents?

and I though support was supposed to act serious and tough and all.

its a little funny when you discover that its not some zombie but a real live person
