low risk bets?

Of low risk bets, I only know those on roulette.
is there any other low risk bets, like on craps or something (dont really know the rules for that game)

In craps you could bet pass and don't pass at the same time.
In baccarat you could bet on both banker and player.

If the come out roll is 12, you lose the pass bet and the don't pass bet is pushed. The probability of a 12 is 1/36.
