I got J33, the dealer got 633. I believe I should have won the hand. However, it was given as a push, using odds-on software.

once had one of my biggest bets ever on a hand of 3-card poker, seen q,k,a of whatever suit drop in, was punching the air,etc,etc, then seen 1,2,3 of a suit come in for the dealer, punching the air again at my "lucky escape" till i realised the truth, and that was MG software aswell

????? Dunno what you are talking about. Was it a straight or royal flush for you against ,I suppose a straight flush of A,2,3 for the dealer. If its a big bet,what's the lucky escape?

Something's wrong here. The akq must count as a royal and definitely higher than a23. What does it say in the rules?

Did you make the pair plus bet? Even if the dealer beat you with a higher straight flush, at least you would have been paid on the pair plus.
