FYI - The following changes come into effect from a week today (Tuesday 24th Jan)

Assuming it will include, Slingo, Spin Genie, Pocket Fruity, BGT Games etc etc.

As of Tuesday 24 January, there will be changes to the way Wagering Requirements work at slingo.com. At present, both your cash and bonus balances contribute to meeting wagering requirements; from 24 January onwards, only wagering from your bonus balance will contribute towards meeting these requirements.

Any contribution made towards the wagering requirements of existing bonuses in your account before the above date will be unaffected, but contributions from then on will be made by wagering bonus funds only.

Seems 2017 is the year of change given the various threads thus far

Edit: Just waiting on a response from their promotions team to see if withdrawals are permitted if players have not dipped into bonus funds when taking a deposit based %age bonus!

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
Withdraws have always been permitted here if not diped into bonus, I remember Paul the rep saying hey will nether tie your onus in

Ok I am confused, dont you play with your bonus funds first? so once you get down to original deposit does that kill the bonus:confused:

I don't know any place where you start playing with bonus funds. It's always cash first :)
...or it's put together which makes the whole sum a bonus until wagering is done.

I am sure Coral or laddys some time back you used bonus first lol, But that was when a bonus was a bonus, Either cash first or cash auto translates to bonus if take one, still cannot withdraw untill bonus cleard, If they lock cash in untill bonus has been done they should really add it all to bonus,

Unless you can play diffrent games with cash but I would not risk that one, You can on casinoroom but there still is a few disalwooed games and sure while a bonus is active you cannot play them, But can play all other games with cash untill hit bonus, Also wager does not count if play other games on there,

Ok as I have never played with a bonus like this I am unsure

So you take the bonus win a considerable sum before touching the bonus then how do you complete the wagering?

The bonus becomes void if you withdraw, No need to do wager unless you go into bonus than the wager starts to count, If you decdie to cash out while not going into bonus than you lose the bonus when withdraw

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for getting in touch recently!

I have had a response from our Promotional Team and they have confirmed that you can withdraw your cash balance at anytime when you have a bonus balance however please note that it will forfeit any present bonus funds in your account.

I hope this resolves your query, if you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch!
Kind Regards,
