I didn't like the fact that Swedish players who use Neteller or Skrill are not allowed to use bonuses. (Maybe it was just the welcomebonus but still).
Normally it's only uk players so a surprise. It also mean I would never sign up since I only use Neteller.

No I don't have an account and since I can't use the Welcome bonus I won't create one either.

I was just trying to be helpful because it wouldn't look good if this casino was accredited without anyone going through it.

No complaines so this is probably a thread Bryan have forgotten about.

Their reps have been online Ryan 3 days ago and Jan today so I don't see any problems.
Some don't replies to pm's if they aren't in the office or on weekends, but I doubt that they are the kinds who just ignore people. At least I haven't got that impression.

With respect I've been waiting on a reply since 9th Jan, so plenty of working days since then.

Its a weird one and unusual, and not really that important, wasn't actually a complaint about the casino but was to do with them, the reason I mentioned it on this thread was that I was replying to a comment about them not being active. If he didn't want to help he should have said, would have taken 2 mins to reply saying that, but bugs the hell out of me when reps ignore you, these aren't the first to do it, and won't be the last unfortunately :(
