Hey everyone-

Just curious if anyone has tried this casino yet. I did register a new account but then when I tried to log in I got a message to contact support. So I did. What happened next is a little strange... I was told I needed to e-mail security to let them know why I wish to play there. I have never been asked that before, is this something new. I have not signed up for a new account in well over 3 years, but I will post a screenshot of my chat.

I did verify my email address when they sent me the e-mail verification. It just seemed weird to me as I have never been asked that before.

Ah, wasn't entirely sure as the support used both the 'r' and the 'g' in the email address from the chat transcript (ie redstarg) so wasn't sure if the title was a typo.
