Deposit by credit card - no Neteller which is the only drawback. (I can't fund it without other people in my financial loop finding out). This would be the casino to attain VIP status in - (Virgin Airlines, Virgin records, etc., are at their finger tips).
No US though. Boo hoo![]()

I have found the customer service at Virgin to be extremely good. They are generally quick to reply, friendly and particularly helpful.
And, if you are poor, you can even play BlackJack at 10p / hand.

The Price Is Right is the only slot I play and I love it.
The only grumble is that on Virgin Games its minimum 5p per line £2.25 a spin. On Paddypower its only 1p per line 45p a spin.
Have to say though my missus hit the 5 wilds for £2600 on virgin, and on her 2nd spin on the first visit to the site. Ive nearly repayed them though![]()

Hi,
I played Virgin a couple of weeks ago. It's a good site. The jacks or better is full pay table so I played on that for the bonus. I didn't realise you had to email to receive your sign up bonus so I just waited a few days and then £25 was deposited into my account. I fired off a complaining email that it should have been £50 and got back:
Damn right it brought a smile to my faceThe £25 bonus applied to your account was not the Sign Up Bonus - that promotion is called Red Room, so that £25 is an extra.
I've verified that you have met the criteria for the Sign Up Bonus and credited the £50 of chips to your account. Altogether, that's £75 in bonus chips.
Hope this brings a smile to your face, and that you enjoy the site.
BTW, the terms are slightly worrying making it sound like a sticky - it's not; you just have to wager the bonus once before cashing out.
Just make sure you avoid Virgin Trains.Originally Posted by casinomeister

How did you find out?
I read their T&C's and (yet again) was totally underimpressed with the (lack of) detail included.
Smile, it may never happen...
