So I registered an account with Videoslot and made my first deposit. Got my welcome bonus and love this Casino. I so regret not knowing about these sites! Anyways, i busted out playing Thunderstruck . My balance shows 0 but my bonus balance shows the correct welcome bonus amount. Now everytime I open a game to play my bonus balance it shows 0? Can I not play with my bonus $?

it is bacuse its a post wager bonus you have to wager 2000 for the 100 to be added to cash balance
you didnt get the bonus upfront as you get in other cases... but it should be paid as increment of 10 taht is if you wager 200
10 will added to cash balance

and i think you can withdraw if u get a big hit upfront before wagering im not 100% sure

and i think as the bonus shows up if u deposit again n complete wagering your bonus bal may be added to cash bal im not sure about this too

yes the offer is post wager your bal wont be 200 whn u deposit 100

you have to wager it and the bonus will b turned to real cash in the increments of 10 ie when u wager 200 u will get 10 to cash

Videoslots does do a weekly cashback and they have weekly casino race with cash prizes which is good. I know the post wagering bonuses suck but at least they do have some other goodies to make up for it

I love the casino, the layout is the best Ive seen on iPhone. But the welcome bonus is a bit misleading if you ask me. It said get 100% up to 100 in welcome bonus on your first deposit. It should really say: deposit up to 100 and wager your money 20x, then we'll match your deposit!

BetAt and GUTS are still a winner for me.
Mr. Green, keeps saying verification code sent but nothing!
Spinny? Registered but its in euro so not canadian friendly.

Any other casinos i should try? I want same platform as the ones mentioned above, and canadian friendly.

I don't see how you can really complain about this as it IS clearly stated on the main Promotions page (below) and in also mentioned 4 or 5 times in the more specific bonus T&Cs.
You should always read and understand the T&Cs before you deposit anywhere. If there's something you don't understand - ASK first!

This term does not mean you have to wager your deposit x20 before you get ANY bonus. The way it works is that every time you wager $200, $10 of bonus money gets released into your Cash Balance.
I assume therefore that you busted out before you'd even wagered $200?
If you wagered more, and you didn't get any of the bonus, then something has gone wrong and you should contact the casino to sort it out.
