Once again I think Ladbrokes are playing funny buggers.
After my adventures with them a few weeks back and nothing sorted with them I receive an e-mail from saying You Have Funds To Enjoy In your Ladbrokes Account. Well when I receive a message like that from a great casino like Betat that means they have credited my account with some funds but not with Ladbrokes. After reading the actual e-mail they are actually offering 10 percent back on losses up to 200 euro.
So the headline is a bit misleading. Yes I have 30 cents in my account and yes it was my money so Ladbrokes have given nothing. But it seems if I have 1 spin on a slot and lose then they will give me a generous 3 cents back.
Ladbrokes you have gone down hill rapidly and it's a shame as used to like donating some cash to you but not anymore.

Yes I do although IMO most of the emails about promotions from online casinos tend to be a little bit misleading like the ones with the "free" spins that aren't actually free you need to pay for them. How about the deposit match bonuses - You have been awarded with $500 free! Well actually no you haven't because you need to deposit to get your "free" money.

The word they should be using is complimentary however they insist on trying to entice customers with misleading emails. They aren't going to be the deciding factor for my deposit they might even irritate me to the point where I'll unsubscribe from their emails and forget about the casino all together (think Major Tom).

Ladbrokes have gone terrible!, you cant see what offers there are unless you have £20 in your account , when you click the bonus page it says insufficient funds. Emails sent to me have claimed I have free spins in my account................then to get them you have to deposit £20.......erm no thanks

This is plain inaccurate not just misleading. Another example is putting "You are a winner" as a title of an email which is merely offering a bonus.

Yes I also get that one allot. I was actually scrolling through my Junk Mail earlier and thinking to myself that it's literally 80% bonus offers and at least 50% of that would be misleading bonus offers. I need to get a new email address

Not just misleading, it's predatory. They simply want you to log in, and hope once you get past the disappointment of no chip that you'll substitute one of their deposit-based offers for it....:(

I remember when they had just moved to Playtech, they sent out free spins on Gladiator.
The slot was clearly not working with this promo though.
Several e-mails back and forth, and several 're-credits' they sent the free spins to another slot were they worked just fine.

One week ago they sent another set of free spins on Gladiator, which is still not compatible with this bonus.
They did ask me to 'claim faster' or whatever.
I asked them to look at my previous issue and solve it the same way... I never heard back though, and they do refer to me as VIP.

I did make a deposit. Will not be playing there again, unless I see some change.

I am sure the vast majority of them were from Casino Rewards lol. I get them constantly too.

I am thinking if they don't change how they are doing things now they may end up being removed from the accredited section. It's a pity if they can get their act together and do things right it could become a popular Playtech casino.

I have looked at their t and c's and I cant find anything about how their progressives are paid, i.e monthly or lump sum

Lump sum. A, they're massive and B, they don't have small-town monthly w/d limits like Winner etc. and (unlike the 40 not-recommended Playtechs here) then add the 'including jackpots' term to those pathetic limits......

Still not playing there casino either but never had so many emails and texts of ladbrokes in my life offering match deposits . I guess they can't take the hint that I'm not playing there till things improve. Anyway mimi I think you can safely guarantee that if you hit a large jackpot at ladbrokes they will pay it in one go reason for it probably not being in terms as theirs no need. They might be a joke at moment but at least if you win millions there. You know you will get paid fast and in one go unlike many playtech. Still not going to play at moment tho lol.

Very unlikley to win a big jackpot as have not played there for over 2 weeks!! a record for me :D, and I ain't going to play anymore cause basically its crap!

Unhappy

Glad to hear I am not the only one quite pissed of with Ladbrokes.
Anyway I played 1 spin at a cost of 25 cents of my 30 left. Lost so I am just wondering will I get the 10 percent back on my loss lol.

Soon as I saw this I knew it would be about Ladbrokes.

I gave up on them time ago but occasionally take them up (or attempt to) on some half decent offer they send me. I have previously had out-dated e-mail offers, free spins that don't surface and bonus funds that also don't arise.

Anyway tonight I receive this email....

Ladbrokes.jpg

Entered the code in the appropriate place and true to form the free bet wasn't credited.

Spent 2 hours trying to get hold of someone on live chat, to no avail so gave up once the football started, on occasion I do think of going back to try their new Vegas casino out but they then give me yet another reason to think I was right in giving up on them.

Out of pure curiosity I did search the words 'free £5 bet' coupled with 'Ladbrokes' on Twitter and it wasn't just me they had sent this to - there were numerous complaints.

They really have become so shoddy.

PS sorry for hijacking the thread a little.

To me laddys have gone nuts, It used to be my number 1 spot, Now its just dreadful, I agree with every 1 else, These emails are getting worse, Not just the emails of the the normal suspects (your a winner).

The 1s with the free spins to find out there not free, You having to deposit, Also I have had a good few phone calls last few days of a accredited casino, Stating 110% bonus and free spins, Than a load of talk about play this machine its paying out ect, What would I do if I won the jp,
The desperate measures now days is unreal & of course unnecessary.

I opened up the e-mail again and read the t and c's of the offer a bit more.
The offer was 10 percent back on the original funds you have in your account.
The minimum refund is 5 euro so I am taking it that you must lose 50 euro before that can happen.
So I had 30 cents in my account to start with. Why did I receive the e-mail in the first place if I could never qualify.
I still see Ladbrokes have a casinomeister rating of 8.9.
The way I have been treated lately and the constant garbage e-mails I am receiving that are totally lies then my rating would be 0.9

They screwed me over on some bets that i placed and they come back with it was a mistake on their end and the bets shouldn't have been placed but they was?

So i asked them to close my account for good as i don't want to do business with a joke company only for them to say they can't but can shut it for 5 years, No doubt after 5 years the spam will start off again

Open multiple accounts and see if they close them permanently, if they can be closed then so can your original one.

Another Daily Feck Up

Another day and yet another e-mail from good ole Ladbrokes.
Today's offer is 5 free spins on Gladiator no deposit and 100 percent deposit bonus.
Log in to account and I see I am offered the free spins but no bonus offer.
Accept the free spins but low and behold like other free spins that were offered in previous weeks when you go to play them the same insufficient fund box comes up. So I know I'm not the only one that has had this problem and you would think they would have sorted this out.
I did speak eventually to some lass on live chat about this issue and bonus issues and crazy e-mails but I might have had a better result speaking to my fridge.

Got the same email, Logged in & a pop up did come up with accept free spins, (no strings attached) logged on to game 3 times and nothing, hit a different games tab and went on to the game and top left hand corner a small drop down box comes up to accept your spins,

Also been told to seen the promotions you have to make a fresh deposit or transfer the minimum amount for you to see any of the bonus, Which clever dick decided this idea?

Insufficient funds notice:

Please make sure your account balance has a minimum of £20 to see ALL the bonuses available for you.

Just thought I'd say that ladbrokes is far from my favourite at moment so not depositing in their casino but to be fair I'm getting the 5 free spins all the time and never had a problem using the. Also had the email yesterday for fiver code for free bet and after I entered it the free bet was there instantly. Out of curiosity once you have all accepted the free spins on the vegas page have you also accepted them once the game is loaded as another small pop up appears in top left hand corner of game and you have to accept them again.

Yup another set of free spins I can't use.
I now have 30 on Gladiator.
I would give their rep a heads up, but it seems they're not listed at CM anymore.
