Microgaming issue with loyalty points not accumulating correctly

Hi everyone
I have had an ongoing issue with my loyalty points not adding up correctly while playing at 32Red. It has been an ongoing issue for years and when i first noticed it back couple of years ago i brought it to the support teams attention. They did a manual check and agreed that it is not adding up correctly so they gave me the missing points. After a few months I checked again and realized theyre still not adding up so once again I let 32Red know and they again agreed and added the missing points. Long story short, a few months ago I asked 32Red to resolve this once and for all as I can't be constantly checking my points etc and they agreed to send this to Microgaming for full root cause analysis and resolution. It has now been a few months with no updates whatsoever from MG. just want to put the word out there for everyone to make sure you check on your loyalty points. It seems to be adding up on some games but stops on games such as Spring Break or Ladies night or Thunderstruck etc...

Unfortunately that means waiting on our service providers updating us and therefore we cannot really advise on their progress. Actually it's on both PC and mobile platform. I've experienced it on both platforms!

Try pressing the green 'L' (loyalty) symbol when you open a game, top left. Or simply go to your account and select 'loyalty'. I can't believe you've never done this in 8 years??! Unless points have an expiry you'll have a quite a pile-up of unused bonus money if you convert them.

Wagered 147,611.27
147,611.27 / 10 x 3 = 44,283.38 points equals $440 worth of cash (not bonus)

I have to go back a few years so it would take me ages to figure it out. I play these games alot but at lowish stakes. I trust the managers at 32Red to calculate it correctly. I am sure they are very frustrated with Microgamming for not fixing this issue ages ago. Thanks Manesh for bringing this issue to the players attention.

Well in the last few days I went over my gameplay and found that the loyalty points were accruing correctly. I also had confirmation of this from 32Red so all is good there. Just wanted to post an update
