This is not a game I play often.
Once while playing comped free spins, I thought I had got a retrigger on the bonus round, but it was the last spin on minimal bet, and I thought it was possible a glitch, but for a relatively small amount I couldn't be bothered pursuing.
I find it pretty tough to hit freespins at all, and subsequent bonus rounds never yielded me a possible retriggering spin until now. I know that other players have discussed this slot retriggering, and both the paytable and the guide would indicate that bonus freespins can be retriggered. There's no mention of how many, so I will assume it's the original 10.
As far as I can tell, I retriggered twice while playing 50 cent bet. Of course I don't have a proper screenshot, just the end of the bonus round for 10 spins.
But my playlogs at Guts will show the reel strips. If they are available to me, I'm not aware just how to find them.
It's Guts, it will be looked into. But it's now Easter weekend, and honestly I don't expect anyone to do anything right now. Live support is off, which I think is pretty early at not long after midnight on a long weekend. Perhaps I should have waited to post here, but I don't expect the casino to take action at this time, and it's my down time, I don't want to send emails etc that don't merit action for a few days.
If anyone can point me in the directions of any threads talking about retriggering freespins or sharing their experience, it would be appreciated.
I'm playing bonus free, I've stopped playing the game to make it easy to find, and I have every confidence I will either receive a satisfactory answer on why I wasn't awarded the retrigger, or appropriate compensation if they can't kick the slot to make it work right. I was playing in IE, and I'm still running XP, so if there's something on my end, they should know what I should have won.

, this was some wagering after a DoA hit. But the video was pretty much identical to previous videos so i never uploaded the whole thing. Magic portals is pretty decent for wagering, i think this is the biggest hit I've had on it though.
