Over the last 2 weeks i swear tinfoil hat in hand that something is wrong with microgaming slots
ive deposited and played 250 with 250 worth of bonus money and got bugger all the features just are not hitting
like they used to. for eg
400 plus spins on immortal romance no feature
500 on high society no feature
400 on thunderstruck no feature
and a string of nothing 4 out of 5 same plays i think something is up im just wondering is anyone else gone to crap in the last weeks is any one winning
i tried other games at netbet and did fine money lasted made a profit been paid most of it but anything microgaming no luck just one kick in the pants after another.feel free to post you storys of last week or two :)

I haven't played a lot of MG in recent weeks - and I very rarely play the 243-ways ones anyway.

But I did play a few older slots at Spin Palace a few days ago, for a bonus I'm working through and had great results:
Tomb Raider 1: Wagered $721, made $304 profit.
Tomb Raider 2: Wagered $974, made $34 profit. (Chose this as it's very low variance & I've nearly finished my WR with a nice profit!)
Ho ho ho: Wagered $142, made $29 profit.

Currently $567 up (including the cashable bonus) with only $325 WR left to do

I've had my tin foil hat for a while, it's got an antenna and it's really neat ;)

I was waiting until people started to notice. I haven't played MG for a while now and I'm not missing the bad returns. My wallet is allot more healthy.

I can hear a bulldozer coming. Stick to what you really think. Maybe you will get a nice win shortly after you have started this thread (probably).

I've been preaching this for a while now mate.

Finally hit the random wild on IR the other day, after God knows how long. I thought finally! 3 reels turned wild for an amazing $0 return! I was shattered. I'm really getting to the point of boycotting MG slots, as $0 feature returns across all their slots is becoming a very regular occurrence lately. What's the point of playing slots so you can enjoy the excitement of hitting those features, when they aren't going to return anything. It's the ultimate anticlimax.

No one's going to admit it, but I can guarantee they have changed over the past 2-3 months. I've played them every week for the past 12 months to notice.

Oh damn.

Looks like they've turned the payouts down.

Oh cool!

They've put the payouts up again. Yay!!

My last 6 sessions at 32 red have been worse ever. I asked about rtp for those six amd it was 38%.. So yeah that's pretty bad. My 200 dollars isn't lasting very long anymore. They he gave me 32 free to play with bit it was gone in less than ten minutes.

Sticking to guts for the next little while. Although that new Netent casino night be worth a try nice to get a bonus sometimes .

Ahhh poop.

They've put them back down again. Missed my chance.

I should use the people in this forum that know exactly when and how much the TRTP is lowered. I mean, with all those months of detailed logs and RTP analysis, I can't go wrong.

need more input guys

this time around for comments let just put this into tin foil suit status
tell me how you have all done recently win or lose but lets include country
lets see witch country has the best and the worst payouts :)
i gave it another go on imortal romance heres some stats

You can add me to the "bad luck" list at MG. I pretty much just play at 32red. Last week and a half has been poor. FYI; I hit free spin features frequently and
and on occasion, can triple my deposit, however I haven't been able to take down the WR and by the end am always left with 0$.

Given how on your profile you mention ONLY WIN at online casinos, one has to wonder KK if after all your years of gambling, you've developed a sense for playing the slots when their HOT!

I have question for you; On your site for gambling tips, you mention one should work through their bonus WR over the course of a month, yes? Any particular reason for this? Is it mostly about self-control?

I should have stuck with the old ones - last night I tried the new Girls With Guns 2 and lost $286 in 440 spins = RTP of 46% :(
Mind you, then I went on Spring Break and lost on that too.
So I guess they've turned them back down AGAIN!

Guess I should update that now - I wrote that back in the late noughties when I was a "Bonus Hunter" and DID have a run of 9 straight years making profits every year from casinos using bonuses. (Stopped doing that in 2010, for various reasons).
No-one can tell if a slot is "hot" or not - not even me! The key to the way I used to play was always trying to change slots when ahead - even if only by a tiny amount. And also stopping before losing too much when a slot was "cold".

Well to be honest I don't even remember the "course of a month" comment - but I probably wrote that page 7-8 years ago, so that's not surprising.
Where did you see that exactly?
I expect the reason was to keep things "neat and tidy" so that no bonuses overlapped one month to the next.
Mind you - I've not been very good at keeping to that myself over the last few years - I have often played bonuses over the course of 2, 3, even up to 6 or more months. The Spin Palace one I just finished last night I actually claimed on January 11th!

It was under your Beginner's Guide in "Winning Methods" in the subsection "Frames&Targets" :)

Several months sounds so long. Based on your posts here at CM, you appear to play frequently. How many different casino do you play at?

I have a line of contact with the head of Microgaming. He was so distressed reading this thread that he burst into tears and was wracked with guilt that some players had lost money on his games. In order to appease the complainants on here and elsewhere, he has issued me with a statement:

"it distressed me to read the CM thread concerning people losing on our games sometimes. Unfortunately due to the nature of the casino business, we cannot raise the TRTP's above 100% so you can all win all the time. Subsequently we have come up with a compromise that ensures you will all get the advertised 95% TRTP. As from midnight Sunday 13 April, ALL games will have the reels and pay tables amended so you win a guaranteed 95 cents/pence on every $1/£1 spin! That's right! Make your deposit of £100, have 100 spins and you will get a 95p win on every spin! Remember the fun starts at midnight tonight - get your deposits ready!"

I don't actually count them!
As you know, I'm a casino affiliate, so a lot of my play is at places I promote who pay my commission into a player account at the casino. (Which means with some casinos I have never actually got to cash-out anything!).
Some of these are: Redbet, Vera & John, Next, Luck, Betsson, Come On, Thrills, Intertops and the Jackpot Capital casinos.
I also play at 32Red, 3Dice, Tropica and a few others occasionally.
Used to play Ladbrokes most of all - but stopped at the end of last year when my debit card expired and their CS took 3 months to sort it out - but I would have stopped anyway after they dumped MG.

tinfoil disclamier

i was just looking at the winners verses losers here and the win lose ratios and seeing if anyone else was getting bad stretches like that and i felt something was up personalty. so i open it up to public forum to see if im mad or not i dont have 4 years of stats or a degree in advanced mathematics im probably mad or i could be onto something time will tell so what im asking is just this post how you have done at microgaming casinos in the past few weeks and how long its taking you to get things like bonus rounds and features this is a out of the box tinfoil topic as i stated in the start of the thread not a "there watching me" type post

Punctuation is so overrated.

Although I am not very lucky on MGS lately myself,I still managed to get a few of my biggest wins in my online gaming career on MGS slots.
IR twice in space of a month 1400x bet win on x5 multiplier freespins.
TFROL I had about 3 1000x+ bet wins on whiskey and cigars feature.
Few months ago an incredible hit on untamed wolf pack of nearly 3000x bet.
Etc Etc Etc.
So there are defo big hits on their machines but yeah they are rare which is normal for sure.
If I could have one or two of those hits a month guaranteed I would quit working LOL.

But I have the feeling the newer MGS releases are tougher to play like Avalon II and I tried GwG2 and High society yesterday.
Like it would be even harder on those to hit a monsterwin, sure also because of the lack of a sh*tstorm like feature.

I might go back to Novomatic and WMS for a while and leave MGS for a bit.

But hey I still love their slots, even when they are quite high variance.

I heard that at some MG casinos they have an IT guy that can tell when your spin hit the right combo on the RNG and he points a ray gun at the data jack on his wall that sends a signal to your computer to change it to a losing spin !!!

People whine when they lose.

People are generally quiet when they win, apart from the odd screenshot here and there (which does NOT mean they are actually winning)

Hence, what you read in forums is very one-sided and is not an accurate reflection of how "things are going at the moment" or if the slots are "paying out" or "hot" etc etc.

Even with 95% RTP slots, you WILL lose most times, as the RTP applies to the entire casino/game and not to anyone personally.

No advanced mathematics required. If the game pays less than 100%, you WILL lose over time. No doubt.

Thank you Nifty, that`s the point.

A lot of players win when they start playing and imagine that they found the holy grail.
And you can play for months and win and win and win. I had such a lucky streak from december to march.
But now it`s april and like dunover would say, I can`t hit a cow`s ass with a banjo, nothing, nada, end of lucky streak.

Now I am on a break, because I don`t want to lose all the money I have won, simple.

But I`m really astonished that people who lose money in casinos (which is the normal case) are not willing to accept the losses because of their own bad luck.

No, there is always a guy in a dark room in front of a computer who have an eye on every player worldwide, everytime, everywhere.

But we all know that this is not true.

There is no conspiracy, ALIENS are manipulating the governments around the world and of course the international money system. And the casinos are part of this. That`s the truth.

And here is the proof

Just need a place to vent, this thread seems adequate.

Currently at 1000+ spins @ 90p without hitting the feature on thunderstruck II.

OMG I've had like 100 two scatters but no three. Computer just froze so restarting. It better hit right away or pass me a hat

Went through the entire Liverpool v Man City match without a bonus

It did hit right away. So 1070 spins no feature, restart computer = 19th spin till feature.

Don't you just love the laws of randomness?
