I LOVE them

I have been playing them for quite some time and like them a lot. Their software can be a bit challenging at times but all in all, I like them very much. They have excellent bonuses and are extremely fast payers.

Quick Introduction

Hi everyone!

My name is Lily and I’ll be your casino rep for Slots.lv. I’m very excited to be active in this forum and staying in touch with you all.

If you have questions about your account or anything Slots.lv related, our CS team is available 24/7 by phone at 1-855-446-3770 and email at service@slots.lv. If you need my assistance for anything at all, just PM me and I’ll help you out as quickly as I can to the best of my ability.

If you have any feedback (good or bad) about the site, let me know. We want to make sure we’re offering a casino that you want to be a part of and enjoy. The best way to do that is go right to the source – all of you!

Hope you all have a fantastic day!

Lily.

Hello Lily and welcome to CM.
I have reviewed your web sight fairly thoroughly and so far I like what I see. Good withdraw options for US players. There are lots of threads here about us not wanting checks and you offer some good other options.
I don't always trust the front line CS folks to have the right answers so I am just going to fire away directly to you. I hope you don't mind.

1. I can withdraw to a credit card if I deposit with one. Does this include a Visa Debit Card or is it specifically a "credit" card.

2. Wire transfers don't mention any minimum. I believe Bovada is $1000. Do you have a minimum for this method? Also, why is it in foreign funds? You cater to US and Canada, but are sending wires in foreign funds. That needs to be fixed.

3. I have an account at Bovada. Will I open a new one at slots.lv, and am I eligible for bonuses and things I may have used at Bovada, or is it one Bonus for the whole company per person?

4. Do you share support with Bovada or have your own?

Thanks :)

Hi Googobucs,

Thanks for the warm welcome. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. It’s what I’m here for!

1) Credit card payout options vary a little bit. Can you please PM me with your account number so I can check that out for you? I just want to make sure I’m giving you the most relevant info.

2) The minimum Wire Transfer payout is $3000. The reason wire transfer payouts come in foreign currency is simply because we’re an international company and don’t do business with US banks due to the climate surrounding online gaming in the US. I want to mention that we take the utmost care to ensure our players are impacted as little as possible by currency fluctuations and conversion fees.

3) We have completely different bonuses and offers than Bovada. If you open an account and see something you like and want to take advantage of, feel free! In fact, we have 2 great welcome bonuses. The $5,000 Welcome which you can use for slot games and the $1,000 Table Game Bonus for, you guessed it, table games!

4) Bovada is our sister site and we do share support services with them.

I really hope that was helpful. Let me know if you need anything else :)

Cheers,
Lily.

So far so good

Opened an account and played last night. No luck but I do like the variety of games, similar to Bovada.
Sent my documents in last night and my account is verified this morning so that was quick. I like to get that out of the way right up front.

Lily has been wonderful to work with. She has been more than helpful and provides the high level of support I had already come to expect from Bovada.

keep up the good work.

Well, so far, can't say I'm impressed.
I signed up, then immediately received this email:

Let the good times begin at Slots.lv with this $10 No-Deposit Bonus for play on Slots.

Our casino is brimming with more than 120 of the best Slots around and this exclusive offer means there's never been a better time to swing by.

Collecting your bonus is easy:
Sign in to your Slots.lv account.
Click on "Bonus" and redeem the code SLOTSFREE10.
Instantly get your bonus and use it to explore our 120+ Slots.

I tried to redeem this, didn't work, and emailed support.
Their response?

We're so sorry to hear that you're having issues redeeming the code 'SLOTSFREE10'. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we'll certainly have this sorted out for you.

We have further checked your account and see that you've tried to redeem the coupon code 'SLOTSFREE10' as of today around 11:35p ET. This code is no longer valid since the promotion that we have for this has been ended last October 15, 2013

Further, the casino went to suggest:

1. Log in to www.bovada.lv.
2. Click on 'My Casino'.
3. Select 'My Bonuses'.
4. Click 'Claim' on the bonus you wish to get on the 'Next Available Bonuses' section.
5. Make a chip purchase to trigger the bonus by placing an amount on the 'Chip Purchase Amount' box.
6. Hit on 'Purchase'.

So, basically, here's an email for a free chip WE sent - tried to redeem? Sorry expired last year, but please make a PURCHASE.
This just screams the worst kind of bait and switch, unworthy of any casino attempting accreditation.

Utterly ridiculous:

Thanks for contacting Slots.LV Customer Service.

We understand that you're inquiring about the code 'SLOTSFREE10'. To better assist you with your concerns, kindly reply to this email and provide us a more detailed information about the bonus you are referring to. Also if you could send us a copy of the email you received from us, if any.

The reply and all correspondence is TO the damn email and code they sent to me, clearly IN the email with the promotion they sent, the terms, code etc if they'd bloody bother to look. I mean, it isn't as though it's some random email I sent them - I replied TO the email they sent, which in turn they've been responding from - the original email offer.

Hi dionysus,

I just found out there was a small issue with the SLOTSFREE10 code this weekend that we've since resolved.

I'm very sorry you were told this promo ended in October; I'll follow up with our CS team to make sure every one has the correct info.

Can you please PM me your account number so I can look further into the issue that happened this weekend and make sure it's all been resolved?

Thanks,
Lily.

I had a good experience at Slots.LV. I made a deposit using my credit card without any issues. Used the 100% deposit bonus coupon for slots (Dino Island, Sugar Pop and Dragon Princess are my personal favorites). I was up and down the whole time but I did manage to cash out with both my deposit and bonus $ still intact after making the wager requirements. My verification paperwork was approved quickly (the following day) and I received my check within a week of cashing out (1 free couriered check per month, otherwise $50 fee). The check was drawn from a Canadian bank, but was in US funds. My bank (BofA) ATM machine wouldn't accept it so I had to go inside and use a teller to deposit it.

I'll definitely play at Slots.LV again.

Made my first withdraw on Friday night. I had already sent my documents and was verified. Received and e-mail on Saturday morning that the withdraw was approved and processed. ( I played with a bonus - See it does not take 3 weeks to process if you play with a bonus !!!).
The funds were in my account this morning. Oh - and no fees on your first withdraw of the month so I actually get to keep everything I won.
Now this is a lesson on how it should be done.
Keep up the good work !!
thank you

Hey kidgamer and Googobucs,

I'm very excited to hear that you've had great experiences with Slots.lv so far. Thanks for sharing!

Cheers,
Lily.

P.S. kidgamer, I love SugarPop too.

SlotsLV is a good alternative to Bovada, or any BetSoft powered casino that accepts US players, especially if your a slots bonus user like myself. I find their bonuses to be better (read larger not lower playthrough) than Bovada, and I feel like I can trust that I will be paid being they are back by a long standing group, Bodog.

Getting specific help on questions at both Bovada and Slotslv is troublesome. There is not a live chat like RTG, Rival, or the other familiar brands dully provide, but those operators are usually pretty useless anyway. Unless you want to dial them up to talk about what kind of deposit bonus they think you should use next LOL! So it really no big deal to me...

Overall my experience at SlotsLV is worth 4.5 of 5 stars and is my personal top choice for a BetSoft online casino.

Hi Muffincrumbs,

Thanks so much for your feedback.

We don't offer live chat right now, but have been looking into the option and hope to have it implemented in the near future. For the time being, you can contact the CS team 24/7 by phone or email at 1-855-446-3770 or service@slots.lv.

Have a great day!

Lily.

I enjoy/respect reading what casinomiester's more experienced members have to say, and I hope that certain members here whose opinion I've come to respect, give this place a review. With that said, I for one hope slots.lv doesn't get accredited.

Pretty much the same as Bodog (Canadian version of Bovada) and same awful 50$ charge per withdraw.

With no weekly bonus offers for table games, the promotions are worse than Bodog, however perhaps thats for the better, as Bodog's (and presumably Bovada's as well) bonus promotions were so unbelievable compared to the MG casino's I typically play at, it made me think they had to be corrupt. The software is RTG, which doesn't instil much confidence.

POSITIVES.....

The only positive thing I noticed was that the hand history (the win/loss) for the Blackjack game gets saved. I didn't check to see if the other table games like Video poker or Bacarrat had this feature (surely roulette does), but THEY NEED TO BE THERE because I'm not the only one who doesn't trust RTG or casino's that offer bonuses that open up big opportunities for +100% RTP strategy playing. I strongly reccommend anyone who spends money on this site to play games where the TRTP is saved, such as Blackjack. If you think your getting hustled, you can go to a site like Michael Shackelfords WizardsofOdds, to find what the RTP, variance and all sorts of other statistics for various table games;

Hi jshort,

Thanks for your feedback. There are a few points you brought up that I’d like to touch on.

1) We offer one free payout per calendar month. Additional payouts do come with a fee, but you won’t be charged for your first one.

2) We don’t offer weekly bonuses for table games right now, but we’re looking into options to find out what would work best for our site. If you haven’t yet, you can redeem the $1000 Table Game Bonus where you can get 2 100% match bonuses up to $1000. Details can be found here: Old / Expired Link

3) We take pride in offering a fair product, just like our sister site. We plan on staying in business for a very, very long time and the only way we can do that is if players keep coming back to play. The plan is a simple one: offer a fair product and continue evolving by giving players what they want, whether it’s bonuses, customer service, or games offered.

I’m around if you need anything.

Lily.

Sorry about the withdraw comment; Yes I see you guys offer one freebie / month, which is better than nothing.

If your casino could save a players game histories and win/loss histories for EACH individual table game or slot so that a player could access them anytime, that would be a step up. You already do this for Blackjack, but many MG casinos do it for most of their table games.

You already give great bonuses. My main point was that they might be a little too good to be offered by a "fair" casino. I assume that a players WR gets reset to zero/void everytime a players "deposit+bonus" falls to zero, yes? I've only seen a few other sites with this feature and they had very strict T&C's (ie no play on table games permitted, strict wagering limits, no "irregular" play etc). Bodog didn't have any of those T&C terms, which seems unimaginable unless the games were rigged!

In fairness, your bonunes don't seem quite as "overly generous" as Bodog's, however if the WR gets reset to zero each and everytime the "deposit+bonus" does, than its too good to offered by any fair casino without adding in a bunch of very strict T&C conditions.

Hi,

I’ll definitely pass on your feedback for game histories to see what’s possible.

Once a player’s account hits a $0 balance, all WR are void. There are some promos where only certain games count toward WR. We do our best to make sure all T&Cs are clear and easy to understand. I’d suggest checking those out first to see if the bonus is something you want to take advantage of.

If you have any account specific questions, feel free to PM me.

Lily.

I realize that is a nice way of saying you do not want to give my small review much credit, and that is OK. I respect that. I do not think it is acredited material either, but...

I do not know of another betsoft casino for a slots loving US player that is better. They get all the new games where pamper and drake are running old ones, etc.

I would like to know one accredited betsoft USA casino, but I do not think one exists yet?

I'm happy to read anyone's opinion :)

With that said, I do believe someone who has a bigger and more respected reputation than either of us on casinomiester should point out this casino's dubious bonus system and/or any other critisisms.

Regarding your question, does it have to be Betsoft/accredited only? There are 17 US accepting accredited casinos on here; Try 3Dice!

I like your style J =D

Yes for me it has to be betsoft because I find the other ones too cartoon-like. I wish I liked 3Dice, but honestly none of their slots appeal to me. I like ones that are similar to American slot machines made by IGT, Bally's, Williams, etc.
