Guts.com is going to give it a go.

Powered by NetEnt, MGS, IGT, and Betsoft - they seem to have it together.

You can try them out here

If you have any questions or issues, please don't hesitate to contact their casino rep CasinoBen

Ok, going to brave it and go with the unknown. Providing of course they accept ukash.

EDIT: Ok, well it was short lived, they do not accept ukash, everything else but! Typical. I will return on Monday to deposit via credit card.

Yes, you get quick payouts back to Visa cards, as I can testify after withdrawing over 2.4k. (48 hours). As they expand I believe Ben has stated they will add more payment methods and I think he mentioned UKash in the initial Guts.com thread.

Well, having had extensive experience of the site, I can't see any reason why they will not be accredited. In fact I know that already they have surpassed the criteria of many casinos which are presently accredited, just by my experiences. :)

Thanks a lot Bryan for giving Guts the shot at accreditation, I promise you I will not let you or anyone else down.

As Bryan said if you need anything or have any comments please PM me.

Thanks again!

Ben

Hi Amourgirl,

Ukash is on its way and we are just waiting for them to approve our paper work then we can go live. I am hoping that next week we will have UKash online, although I said that last week and now I am eating my words. I will call them Monday and just double check the time frame but from an integration point of view we are done and we just need their blessing.

Thanks,

Ben

.

Nice to see Guts Casino in the Baptism section already.

This should just be formality as Ben and Guts will do great

Can anyone playing at GUTS confirm if all the problems they were having with disconnects and lag, as well as currency oddities and switching from real money to free play without wanting to, and suchlike, have all been fixed?

My impression from the other thread was that there was an awful lot that wasn't working too well.

Server was lagging and I was getting disconnected again yesterday. My session wasn't enjoyable at all despite hitting a 300x on DoA and playing exclusively with unexpected bonus money (that's saying a lot).

IMHO they should have fixed these issues before requesting a Baptism by fire.

I like you as much as anyone here Ben, I know you're working hard and I really want your casino to succeed, but from a player POV this thing isn't ready yet.

Cheers Balth, I'll pass for now then.

I'm bemused as to why:

a) GUTS have asked for a BoF

and/or

b) Bryan has granted it

Given the myriad technical problems that the casino is clearly experiencing.

A nice, trouble-free experience is right up at the top of my 'must have' list (along with quick payouts) when it comes to online casinos, I really can't be doing with lag, disconnects, or any other technical gremlins. I understand they happen from time to time of course, but when a casino is clearly in the 'not ready yet' category and has ongoing issues, they should stop actively encouraging new players and concentrate on getting stuff fixed IMO.

One of the reasons why they are in the Baptism by Fire is so that I can track things that are not working out and take note of what is - that's the sole purpose of it. Plus Casinoben has a track record in the forum - he was the manager of NordicBet who everyone was raving about last year before he moved on. So that was taken into consideration as well.

If he was prompt, helpful, and responsive then - he will probably be the same way now. Let's see what can be done about "lag time."

Hi Balthazar,

To be honest the complaints are limited to a few players, and unfortunately you are one of the ones that seems to be the most affected. I have flagged your account with Netent and they are going through all the logs to see what is happening and how to fix it. We also had an issue with Microgaming yesterday as their MIT server went down which affected the majority of Quick Fire operators and although they fixed the servers they said that some players could experience an Error 2 code for up to 48 hours.

Logging out issues have been fixed as well as the disconnection issues. These were fixed prior to me contacting Bryan.

Some things are on our side and we have fixed them, other things are on the side of the game suppliers which is out of our hands but we are pushing them.

Have you contacted support when you get these issues? If you could that would be great as it would help us time stamp the issues when they occur.

Thanks,

Ben

Both NetEnt and MGS games were lagging (server response was slow...you could see the little "connect" bar in MGS trying hard to get a response from the server). I played NetEnt at Unibet right after my Guts session and it was running flawlessly so I don't know what's going on.

Is there any connection to the old defunct Guts casino from a couple of years back besides the name? Can players who had an account there sign up and get the sign up bonus?

Hi,

No, there is no connection between the Guts of now and the Guts a few years ago. I believe that all of those players migrated to Jetbull but i am not 100% certain. So you are welcome to sign up and get the bonus.

Thanks,

Ben

My impression from the other thread was that there was an awful lot that wasn't working too well.

The logging out only happened once to me in 20 hours of play - basically lost the game when the reels kept spinning, and there must be a crux moment when the game finally shows the reels stopping just a split second after the default pop-up error box would occur and thus it displays 'free play' even though the game never closed. Normally, 99% of the time it wouldn't go to free play, but just come up with the error box. When it invites you to close the error box the whole browser shuts if you agree; manually closing the game by the 'x' in the top right of it and NOT using the 'close' button in the error box that pops up means your browser stays open. IF you do this though, and attempt to reopen the SAME game it will not work even for one spin. Load a different one however, and it may work OK, although some didn't. Weird.

I have to say that I get the impression that these games are very heavy on your processor. Next time those who get this problem should (although very frustrating) be patient and shut their PC down for 20 minutes or so and try again. That's one issue I noticed. The other was time of play - the lagging seemed to start around midnight and go on for a few hours, then recover after 4-5 AM GMT, as if the server couldn't quite manage the busy times, if indeed these ARE the busy times?

Did you fire up Task Manager to have a look if Windows thought it was under any kind of load?

I'd be amazed if an online slot could cause any real stress to any even vaguely modern laptop or PC, certainly to an overheating scenario where either the CPU or GPU would feel the need to start to auto-throttle.

Didn't need to - the Norton Antivirus came up with 'heavy CPU usage' pop-up a few times, but having said that, that only occurred AFTER the slow spinning started.

How bizarre, does any particular slot seem to trigger this behaviour? I'll see if I can replicate it on one of the laptops. (You're on a laptop aren't you dunover?)

It is really strange. I just tried on my new laptop, and everything was fine. Then used my old dell and finally on my old net book. I played Starburst, Jack Hammer, EggOMatic (heavy game), Immortal Romance and Bust the Bank. All games were fine, a little lag with EggOMatic on the net book but that game is heavy and the net book is 5 years old. I tested a few other sites and had the same experience with the net book and EggOMatic.

What is really strange is our integration is the same as what we had at NordicBet and Maxino where the Netent admin plugged into our admin via API. The same with MGS so I am not sure what is causing the spike in CPU usage with Dunover, I can't replicate it.

Let me contact my head of IT with the "heavy CPU usage" message, maybe this will help.

Thanks,

Ben

Indeed I am. I have 2.3ghz Pentium dual core processor and 6GB RAM and like I said the problem creeps up over the time I play. At the start all is fine. Even dumping the cache and cleaning helps little. The Netent slots tend to be the ones that are worst.

GUTS ? Not for Me ...

GUTS ACHE I reckon.
Feel like I donated my 100 bucks to a totally unworthy cause.
No amount of strife. Sure pissed me off.
Been having my share of browser difficulties lately and resorted to installing Firefox simply to try and get some continuity at this GUTS joint - not suspecting others were also having difficuty.
Fav. games that won't load.
Others that don't stay loaded. And me with $3.5k WR to get thru ???
On games giving me 4 or 5 spins then freezing
Sometimes a lil notice saying contact support and quote #2 or somethin
And me ignoring it - because there's No live chat
and me believing trouble's all at my end anyway ..........
How many frickin times did I Refresh the site? Clear cookies. Restart?
GOD KNOWS.

Couldn't get my deposit accepted initially.
So no live chat. And "No reply" emails ...
Overcame that problem eventually by disabling the Chrome browser adblocker
But forced to find another browser.
And 10 hours later - still 1500 bucks worth of WR to go?
In despair wasted most of it on Imm Romance. $2 spins.
Not my style!

Now it's 3am the following day -
and I just ploughed the rest into some silly mermaid game thing.
"Simpler"(?) but hateful...
About to clear out at zero when I remembered I had some free spins to go on Starburst.
Finished that lot (yawn) with $3 in the kitty, put $2 on the next spin and won $40
Thought that meant more WR to worry about.
Set it at $1 spins on auto
A bit later look again and the new info is "No further Bonus" requirement.
So coulda left with $40 huh ?

What a frustrating, demoralising, shitty experience it all was.
Wish I hadn't visited the forum and followed that stupid bloody link here !

And the big welcome 2 bonuses to go?
No Way mate !!!

Yes, you could have. Read the terms for the freespins, quite plainly on there (I read them first and was quite surprised) because winnings from freespins are CASH with no WR...........

I can understand your error there, as everywhere else freespins revenue is added as bonus funds, but it's clearly in the promotion terms that it's no-nonsense cash mate!

Hi Pianoman,

Sorry to hear about your bad experience.

Please PM me your username so I can look into this.

Can you clarify the "no reply" to emails as if you did not get a response I will need to look into it as I have been working with support since we launched and I review all the chats and emails in English so I know everything is going on and we don't have any emails pending response.

Right now we are offering live chat from 8am CET until Midnight CET, otherwise send us an email and we will get right back to you.

Yes, you could have withdrawn the $40 as there is no wagering on free spins, this is explained in the bonus terms.

Thanks,

Ben

I register at Guts about 2 weeks ago...I used a deposit bonus and got a very very nice hit on 100 Pandas slot :) I never experience any lags or errors...Everything worked just fine. I used Netteller for withdraw, got my money in less then 2 hours. So I'm quite satisfied and I will countinue to play there. :notworthy
