Hard to tell if it's genuine, as it doesn't have my vernon's account details but does mention my first name (which wouldn't be difficult to get anyway)

I think I saw similar things between other operators: when they're unable to service you they pitch a different brand as an affiliate of that brand. Can you see any affiliate links in that email? That's probably what this is...
