I have read that a few members have seen similarities between JC commercials/forms and LS commercials/forms.

I googled to find something and this came up when I search for "Jackpot Capital credit card"

jackpotliberty.jpg

This prooves that the title of the document really was Jackpot Capital Credit Card Authorization form that moment it was published.

When I download the document 57.doc from Liberty Slots I can't see anything else than their own text, but I also can see that the document is remade April 6 and this was probably because they found out the mistake about the title. However, Liberty Slots can't change googles cache. :D

It seems like all Credit Card Authorization Forms from JC group is made from same template with "jackpot capital" title from start.

For example: If you google "Lucky Club Jackpot Capital", on the fifth place you can see the authorization form with the title.

So, did Liberty Slots steal it? Or are they together with JC group?

Some time ago I received two snail mail letters the same day from JC and Liberty Slots. The letters were pretty similar and packed in exactly the same kind of envelope so I guess they are connected.

I think Jackpot Capital provides the financial support (eh can't find proper words for it) for Lucky Club, thought I read about it in this post, but now I can't seem to find it https://www.casinomeister.com/stati...-CHANGES-AT-LUCKY-CLUB-CASINO-with-Update.php
So even though they sold it, and Lucky Club has a new owner, they take care of the financial part of running the casinos. If I'm correct, maybe they do the same for Liberty Slots?

The Liberty Slots rep has already stated that they use their own people, rather than outsourced.

They also quite blatantly stole the English Harbour site and pasted it onto their own domain, tweaking it rather badly so the evidence was still there.

Maybe their kleptomania extends beyond this, and they have habitually stolen content from other casino websites, and merely tweaked them a little. This seems to explain similarities in marketing material, and now a similarity in a form that players need to use for verification. Similar to the point of Google identifying it as the SAME document as the original on the Jackpot Capital site.

The question wasn't regarding Lucky Club! It was regarding the doc at Liberty Slots but I wasn't totally clear about this. :) I thought that it was no secret at all about Lucky Club and their connection to JC & Co. They have same support phone nr.

Jeez, I was only brainstorming you know..
There are still people who think if they have the same support, and financial department, they belong to the same owner / group. Which isn't the case with Lucky Club and Jackpot Capital, I think.
But I wasn't up to date on Liberty Slots standings, I knew they had gotten a bad rep, but not this bad. So that's where my thinking was flawed.

There should be nothing at all connecting LS and JC, not even shared support.

Completely different software, and LS has already told us they do not "outsource". Their callcentre is based in the US itself, and God only knows where they are licenced. They stole content from the English Harbour site, but claimed this was OK because it somehow came with the deal where Vegas Technology sold on the software to a new developer, who in turn leased it to LS.

No such argument can possibly exist for them using the same authorisation form as JC, and the same promotional template.

There are two possible explanations.

1) The LS rep lied, and they have outsourced to JC many of the back office functions, notably player verification and promotional design.
2) They simply nicked it - easy to do because it's all on the JC website, just as they found it easy to lift the entire EH website and transplant it into their new LS domain.

This risks dragging JC into the argument as it looks like they are at least running some services for LS, which is effectively unlicensed, and surely not an operation a reputable company wants to be working with.

If JC confirms they have never offered services or content to JC, then it appears they just helped themselves as a short cut, rather than designing their own forms and templates.

changes last line JC to LS..
but yeah they probably ripped it off, where's there a lot of money to be made, the short term thinking copycats ratio goes up beyond belief :machinegu
did anyone send them an email about it? if not I'll send a link to this thread to an affiliate manager of theirs.

Ooops! It was not intended to sound bad at all. I thought that I was unclear in my first post, nothing else.

:p must have been the ! that ticked me off, guess I need a break

I notified the Jackpot Capital rep and the Liberty Slots rep about this thread a few hours ago. LibertySlots logged in first time since April 7 around 10 minutes ago and JC (Yasmeen) has at least been here twice since she received her PM.

This means that they are both aware of the subject and have so far chosen not to respond. Hopefully they will respond later.:)

Recent winnings at Liberty Slots

I started playing Liberty Slots shortly after they recruited the US players because I do like their games/slots. US players don't have much to choose from and I was a fan of Superslots, English Harbour etc. I didn't see the beware listing until after I was hooked back into playing. I've had big wins and big loses however doing well the past three weeks. Cashout is limited to 3000 for US players and that is the drag.I have had a big problem with not playing with my winnings, sound familiar, and often it all goes back. However, last two weeks I have managed to hold on and received two payments and I'm waiting for a third and they take about a week but then the check comes and deposit goes through without a problem. I do have a big winning screen shot posted last week and I will try to post a few here. I did have a technical issue regarding my account and found connecting with the casino manager was the best way to resolve it and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I also had contact with the rep listed here and he also saw that the issue was properly resolved. I will say I have had no problem however I do take the casinomeister's warning and not lightly.
I also enjoy their tournaments as they do take some skill and are not just random playing.Good Luck

@ debqt25 : Think you missed the point of this thread. Either that or the fact that you created that type of screen name speaks to your mission

edit: I see rockycatt's post requesting the screen shots. I already added a new post apologizing. I left this one up though mainly for the record (flow of the thread). So nothing reads out of place etc.

So now you have to resort to name calling???
My response was to the request for some winning screenshots and a response to how legit they are. I will not respond to that only to repeat, I started playing before I saw this site's warnings and do understand why this is not a recommended casino on this website. That being said, I was responding only to give my experience at this casino and I have played without issue.

I just saw rockycatt's post so I wanted to apologize for my above post. For the record I didn't call you any names. Not sure where you got that part from.

id like to see a liberty slots only winners screen shots posted here [if there are enough] to make a new light on the matter with the winners remarks about how smooth the pay out went [especially C M members ]

Cashed out only once so far, took about 14 days or so which included all the initial verification stuff. I didn't request a withdrawal until my docs had been approved. Sent check via FedEx and I had to sign for it - no door drop off.

My best hit...

A Possible problem with Liberty Slots

Hi everyone,
I may be having one of those problems with Liberty Slots.

I received a CD in the mail, installed it, liked its looks and that all of the games were already loaded. On dial up that is a real plus.

I played their free $25.00 bonus (X40 req'd) and lost. Not surprising so I played their next NewComer bonus of 100% of $100.00 ((X20 req'd) and only made 2.8 X through.

Then I decided to try VP with no bonus and deposited $150.00 and lost. I don't know how many times I got through that since I didn't keep track of my own money.

Since I really do like their games, I decided to try one more time and took them up on their Monday Bonus of 75% and deposited $100.00. That of course came to $175.00 X 20 = $3500.00 playthrough. However on the bonus entry they indicated that I needed 3525. I wondered about that but let it go since it was only 25 off.

I made it through the 3525 with a little over $800.00 in winnings. But since I was interested in the extra 25 I checked in with Live Chat to see if I had actually completed my playthrough. (I was unable to find anyplace where they give you a balance after that one bonus page where you request the bonus.)

The person to whom I chatted checked and said that I still had 3525 to playthrough. Of course I questioned that and he sent me to their T&C web page to re read the rules. I did that, and it appears that they are holding over any unplayed bonus requirements from bonus to bonus, even though the player has lost and zeroed out completely.

They seem to be interpreting "zero" to mean "zero bonus playthrough left over". One could remain in debt to them for a LONG time if that is truly what they intend. Hopefully it is just an error on this one persons part.

I have requested a withdrawal and it is now in pending, so we shall see what their system actually does.

I'll let you know.

If that is truly the case, this is one player they have lost for good, and that is too bad because I really like their games.

MaryJean[/QUOTE]. Oh I hope that is an error, that would be terrible!!! I like their games too but I won't be playing a bonus there if that is the case. I have deposited several times but can't win a thing. I may try a couple more times but if it won't hit then I may have to stop playing here. Please keep us posted.
