Hey this is cool, iNetBet is now offering gift cards - I don't know if it's just over Christmas or not, but you can actually send a gift of some $ to your friends. That's cool, they're the first casino since 3Dice to offer that. Also they're adding an extra 20% on top of the purchase amount of the card.

Hmm

Give the gift of gambling to another person- not sure that quite gels with me as a Xmas gift (or at any time- encourage or accept cash for yourself yes, but encourage another by providing the means= nuh sorry can't support this as an ethical choice)

I believe this is iNetBets way of helping the USA depositors. It's been pretty tough to get deposits to go through lately.

I don't think I would ever send a friend who isn't an online player a gift card. But to my friends who play online? YES

I think it's a cool idea if you know people who play. AFAIK you can only send one to someone who already has an account (I think) so it's not like you're be encouraging people to gamble. If you want to encourage your friends to gamble you could 'refer' them and get a lil $ for your own pocket at the same time. ;)

Also if you're an affiliate or have a forum or whatever it would be good for contests and such, don't you think?

The only issue that I can see that would be a pain is that you need to make a fresh deposit and then buy the gift, you're not allowed to use winnings in your account or money you've been playing with. I'm not sure why that rule is in place, but it's kind of awkward - say for instance I deposit $20 and turn it into $20K (dreaming) and I decide I want to send someone a gift card, I have to first withdraw my moolah and then make a deposit just for the card. Or what if I decide to send someone a $25 card and I deposit $30 and use the $5 to feed the dinosaurs - if I do that first, then the $25 can't be used to buy a card and I might as well let the dinosaurs eat it all.

Hi All
We most certainly would not be encouraging anyone to gamble who is not a regular player, that was not our intention.
This offer is only available to current members and can only be given (as a gift) to current players.
Hope that makes it a little clearer.
My very best to everyone for Christmas and The New Year.
Emily
