Those 4 casinos are all part of the Vegas Partner Lounge Group, who I believe use a "one user account across the group" system.
Your sign-in to all 4 casinos is the same, yes?

Effectively they are all just skins of one casino.

A few MG groups I play at have multiple casinos but all served from the same server. Just different casino names and skins thats all.

Example Fortune lounge has around 6 casinos but they are served from 2 different servers. Only way to find out which are on different servers is to check the Jackpot meter thing. So its possible yes I think if you play at 2 casinos from the same group at the same time same game etc and the casinos come from the same server then the game play will be the same. I think So no point in my view playing 2 casinos if games are being served from the same box.

This also makes me wonder as to the cloned games like Thunderstruck/Spring break/Ladies night etc, when we switch from one game to another are we just really playing the same game just using different graphics,

OK, I might have been getting my casino groups mixed up - I wasn't 100% sure when I posted...

    Question 2:-
Had you actually played ANY spins on that slot at ANY of the casinos since the last update?

    Question 3:-
Did you know all these casinos are in the same group?

    Question 4:-
What made you log in to more than one of them to start with, before you noticed this strange occurrence?

I don't think it related to same server or the same group etc. I checked a few other casinos where i never played this game and got exactly the same screen. So looks like a default "startup" screen.
    Who took my money ??

Aren't ALL Rival casinos on the same server or cluster of "Rival" servers? If they aren't, I was under the impression they were after talking to support for some reason. It would explain a lot to me if they were.

That's what I was thinking - hence my "Question 2"
