Anyone having quicktender problems?

Just wondering if anyone is having a problem with QT, I deposited using my CC
and got a conformation email but it is not showing up in my account. Of course online help is unavailable but i did leave a message and also sent them an email , but haven't heard back yet.

Is this your first deposit to QT using a credit card? Or have you been using QT for awhile now?
