    Has anyone had an account locked for this reason

    And it is from an Accredited Casino.

    It was the rep that told me that.

    I went to play one evening a few weeks ago and a message said account locked. I went on to live support and they said they didn't know the reason apart from a management decision.

    I pm'd the rep here two or three weeks ago about it, mainly because I was still getting the promotional emails which was daft when I could not log in.

    I heard back a couple of days ago.

    From the casinos point of view it makes sense to get rid of players who are up overall and just keep those that lose. Just doesn't seem right though as I don't even think I won that much.
