Another MG Error

The first screenshot here made me believe I was paid incorrectly, as I was not paying too much attention to my balance. However after checking my play logs it appears my balance reflected the correct win. I contacted support anyhow and told them my concern. They brushed it off as a "random error" when I offered to send them screenshots. Has anyone else encountered this?
