 I've been away from the online casino world for a few years, and joined Red Flush at Christmas.

They weren't around when I last played and I have to say I'm impressed. I joined solely because they are on the accredited list here. Very quick, hassle-free payouts and good customer service.

The only (minor) cricism I'd have is regarding loyalty points. Since I've been away, different games seems to count different percentages to earning comps. So having deposited more than 16k (not sure exactly how much I wagered in total but it was in the tens of thousands) I earnt 20!

Just wondering who else is reputable/worth considering? I always used to find 32Red, Trident Lounge Group, Wildjacks/First Web good. Still the same?

Ta for any input.

 Thanks for the info. I'll give it a look.

Since you're UK-based, do you accept old-style green drivers' licences for ID verification?

I don't have the new photocard, and I have a problem sending out unblocked copies of my passport to third parties (concerns over ID theft). Other documents - utility bills, copies of cards, driver's licence etc I'm happy to supply.

32red - still stellar
Jackpot Factory - damn good as well
Trident Lounge has been assimilated by Bellerock, So if you like Bellerock casinos, you'll like them.

You were probably playing at Trident Lounge back in the day when they were run by Micki, the casino group was small and tightly run. It's more corporate now since she is no longer there. They're still good though - just different people behind the scene.

Thanks for the info. I used to really like Trident Lounge, 32 Red too. Good to hear they have maintained their standards.

Hi there wolfman and welcome back to the online casino community, I also found Red Flush to be a great casino and my issue was having to wager 10 grand to get 10 pounds bonus however it seems a bit tight all of the casinos seem to be about the same. Surely a fairer way would be based on deposits? Anyway regarding other casinos i would have to recommend 32 red strongly as they are a great casino with even better customer service, unfortunately i have had a few issues with the software provider but to be fair they did all they could to fix this. Hope this helps you a bit.

Walk away again now, or be prepared to have casinos INSIST on the passport before they will pay you. This is a big change for the worse. Casinos hardly ever used to ask for ID if your details looked legit, and you used a deposit method that itself had strong verification procedures in place.
There have even been cases where players have had agreement from a casino that an old drivers license, or other alternatives, will be accepted, but that have then reneged on the "deal" and insisted on all the very latest documents, which quite a few people in the UK will not have.

If you want to play though, invest in a voluntary upgrade to a photo driving license (keep a copy of the old one though - all those DVLA cock-ups, you might get a DIFFERENT GROUP(s) license back:rolleyes:) This will ensure you can comply with all the latest "hoops" needed to be jumped through to get paid. It is those medically unfit to drive that have the biggest problem, as they CANNOT (legally) obtain a photo license to prove ID unless they are also fit to drive (it is, after all, a drivers license, NOT a national ID card).
