    Thumbs up Jackpotcity: priceless!

I think what this casino did is so GREAT (and totally new for me) that I feel I must share with you forum members.

Got a call few days ago from my local FedEx office, saying there's a parcel I need to collect. Somehow I assumed it is for Company, so I did not get too excited, and did not even rush to get it. Imagine the most pleasant SHOCK I had, when I finally collected the package, found it was indeed for me personally, there was a gift (Sony Walkman) and a lovely short message: "Just a little somehting to welcome you to
    Jackpotcity".

Oh. My. God. Just how great was it?!....

It was certainly one and only experience of this kind: I did not do anyhting to deserve this gift and, more priceless - personal touch of a welcome. Registered recently, made few moderate deposits, had no spectacular winnings or losses by the time I got it.

How did I feel getting this treatment? Yes, correct. I felt like a royalty - a treasured customer and a welcomed player. I just wanted to use this chance to say my thanks to JPC in public, too. I believe such attitude is truly priceless. And it is all the more appreciated when we have something to compare it to - I am sure we all have our examples

    Do you mean jackpotcity.co.uk?

If so, I just got through recommending them (and their sister casinos) in another thread.

These guys are in my opinion, the best of the best. When your talking about integrity in online casinos these guys are the folks that wrote the book.

I would recommend these guys to my Mum.... As a matter of fact I already did.

Belle Rock group? Not rogues by any stretch of the imagination, but some pretty questionable customer service and terms issues over the years. IMHO, they've been hit worse than most with the US withdrawal...

Hmmm, they pay and their games are fair...
A few minor customer service complaints in eight years amount to next to nothing IMO. The terms issues, if I remember correctly, were almost always about wording or players not understanding the T and C's.

I will state it again... As far as I am concerned, the Referback group is the finest most reputable online casino group that is currently available to Americans. That is my opinion.

    Thumbs up

This group of casinos is tops in my books also. If i have had any issues with them at all and i think at best maybe 2 they handled it within a few hours.
You have to love the surprise gifts extra bonuses and freebies they give you just for depositing with bellrock.

It's a nice change to see people blowing smoke up another casino's back side instead of 32Red (nothing personal Ed ).

Still they must have changed becuase my $10K in a couple of months didn't amount to anything, zip, zero, nothing...

    Cheers

edit: hahaha, I'm so out of touch. nevermind.

it's just that when I saw "Sony Walkman" mentioned, I automatically thought of the old cassette/cd players

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Hmmmm... For someone who spins slots at 45 credits a pull, I wonder what a 'Moderate Deposit' is...

Still, it's great to hear someone praising a good casino group instead of bitching!

Congrats Fleur, and well done BelleRock!
