I see they are on the not recommended list...has anything been resolved? Does anyone play them? U. S. players?

I asked the same thing a while back because I have been playing them and they have paid me each and every time I withdrew with no issues (except the first one after a lon jiatus from them). After that it has been clear sailing for me...it looked like they were under the "bumbling casinos" list..

I did ask why they are not on any other list good or bad or caution and never got an answer...
