Rival Casinos - Please get your act together!!

I mentioned something about this in KK's thread about Rival, but I encountered something new last night. So now I think it deserves its own thread. I really like Rival and I will still continue to play there. But I really wish they would be more professional in their T&C.

Many of the bonuses across all of Rival casinos state a minimum deposit of $20 in the T&C. I've always deposited the minimum when claiming a bonus. So, last week I claimed a promo, tried to deposit my $20 like the T&C said and the cashier would not accept my deposit. Gave me a message that my deposit wasn't enough. Went to live chat and was informed that Rival made an update to the software that only permits a minimum deposit of $25. OK, fine. Just update the T&C of your promotions to reflect that PLEASE!

Now last night, I claimed a 100% match bonus and deposited $25(because that's the minimum and I'm a good girl and follow the rules ). A 100% match should add another $25 to my deposit and give me a total of $50 to play with, correct? Wrong. My balance showed $45. Customer service tells me the 100% match bonus tops out at $20. Um.... excuse me... you can't make a deposit of $20. Your minimum deposit means that you can't call this a 100% match.

Don't get me wrong. I really like the Rivals. The promotions are generous, the games are fun, and I've won a little more than what I consider pocket change. Just please, can you get a little more professional please?? I LIKE to follow rules. I try to be very careful to follow all T&Cs. I would just really like it if there was just one set of rules to follow instead of trying to decide on my own which set of contradictions I should run with. I swear, I know the next time I try to claim a promo it will be declined because I wasn't holding my mouth right!
